Research On The Law Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Mawangdui Medical Books

Objective: At the time of pre Qin and Han Dynasty,the system of traditional Chinese medicine began to form.Mawangdui's medical culture isthe important foundation of this system.The purpose of this paper is to study the theory of prescriptions and clinical experience of syndrome differentiation and t reatment,to explore the principles of disease treatment and the characteri stics of the application and compatibility of prescriptions and drugs,and to preliminarily reveal the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment o f prescriptions and drugs in Mawangdui medical books,so as to provide a re ference for the theoretical research and practical activities of traditiona l Chinese medicine.Methods: 1.Historical research method: using historical investigation,rese arch and reading method,combing the development and evolution ofthe theory of prescriptions and drugs and the experience of differentiation and treat ment in the pre Qin and Han Dynasties.2.Literature research method: using literature investigation and comparison method,analyze the literature rela ted to Mawangdui prescription in the pre Qin and Han Dynasties,and select reliable demonstration materials for research.On the basis of literature st udy and analysis,this paper classifies and counts the contents of some diseases and prescriptions by bibliometrics,and then analyzes and sums upthe basic theory of Chinese medicine prescriptions to reveal the law of syndrom e and treatment of prescriptions in Mawangdui medical books.Content: This study is based on the research and interpretation of "Mawangdu i ancient medical books" published by Hunan Science and Technology Press in1992.By using the methods of history,literature investigation,comparison and bibliometrics,first of all,the development and evolution of the theo ries and the experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the pr escriptions of 52 disease prescription,health preserving prescription,misc ellaneous therapy prescription and foetus delivery book are systematically combed.Secondly,under theguidance of the basic theory of traditional Chine se medicine,combinedwith drug taste,meridian tropism,efficacy and compat ibility of prescriptions,this paper summarizes the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment from the aspects of examination of etiology,disease location,disease situation and disease nature,as well as disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,syndrome differentiation and dis ease syndrome syndrome syndrome syndrome combination syndrome differentiati on and treatment,so as to explore the law of syndromedifferentiation and t reatment of Mawangdui medical books and prescriptions in multiple levels an d aspects.Conclusion: Ma Wang Dui's medical books "Fifty-two Diseases" "Health Prescriptions" "Prescription of Diversity in treatment" and "Fetal Book ",summarize the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment from the aspects of e xamining the cause,disease location,disease situation and disease nature,identifying the disease,syndrome,disease and the combination of disease,syndrome and disease,outline the basic framework of syndrome differentiat ion and treatment of Pre-Qin and Han Dynasty prescriptions in many levels an d aspects,preliminarily reflect the thinking method of "theory and practic e" of TCM diagnosis and treatment,and show the first step The experience c haracteristicsand achievement level of Qin prescription medicine reflect th e development and progress from experience medicine to theory.The formatio n of syndrome differentiation and treatment system of traditional Chinese m edicine should come from the pre Qin period hundreds of years earlier than Zhang Zhongjing.
