OBJECTIVE:This study used ultra-early acupuncture to treat patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Using conventional treatment as a control, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the safety, effectiveness and preliminary mechanism of the intervention were investigated. Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,patients from the inpatient department of neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.A total of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage eligible for inclusion were collected.Treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with ultra-early acupuncture combined with conventional treatment, and the control group was treated with conventional treatment for 1 month. The clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,FIM score, total score of TCM syndromes, and individual symptoms of TCM were compared between the two groups Changes in indicators such as curative effect and intracranial hemorrhage were recorded and statistically analyzed. The adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were recorded. Results:A total of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were included in this study. There were no cases of shedding and removal during the treatment. All clinical observations and data analysis were completed. There was no significant difference in age between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable. In terms of comprehensive clinical efficacy,1 case was cured in the early-stage acupuncture intervention group,21 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.67%;1 case was cured clinically,16 cases were markedly effective, and 10 cases were effective in the conventional treatment,3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.00%;it showed that the clinical comprehensive effect of the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the NIHSS score,FIM score, and TCM syndrome total points between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which are comparable;the difference in FIM score between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group The effect is better than the control group. In addition,it has statistical significance in the efficacy of TCM single symptoms such as facial paralysis and eye signs(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant changes in the NIHSS scores and TCM syndrome total points before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).Regarding adverse reactions,4 patients in the treatment group and 7 in the control group increased intracranial hemorrhage within 24 hours, but still within the allowable range of conservative treatment.Considering the possibility of delayed cerebral hemorrhage in the subjects,it is highly likely. Conclusion:Conventional treatment is effective in treating patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, but ultra-early acupuncture intervention is more effective when combined with conventional treatment;ultra-early acupuncture intervention has a certain effect on accelerating the absorption of intracranial hemorrhage;ultra-early acupuncture intervention has eye signs TCM symptoms such as facial paralysis and facial paralysis have improved significantly, and the changes in NIHSS score and FIM score before and after treatment are significantly different from those in conventional treatment. The ultra-early acupuncture intervention combined with the conventional treatment group's FIM score improved significantly compared with the conventional treatment group. There were no adverse events in the ultra-early acupuncture intervention group during the treatment period, indicating that the ultra-early acupuncture intervention in cerebral hemorrhage is safe and effective, and has clinical research promotion value.
