| Objective:To observe the improvement of pain symptoms in knee osteoarthritis patients treated by crossbow drug roll sting therapy,and compare it with common acupuncture and white wine roll sting therapy to explore the mechanism of action,provide methods and scientific basis for clinical treatment in knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Using randomized controlled methods,take 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group(30 cases),crossbow drug roll sting group(30 cases),white wine roll sting group(30 cases).The three groups of treatment were performed once every other day,three times a week(rest on Saturdays and Sundays),10 times for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,for the first follow-up was performed on the 15th day after the treatment,the second follow-up was performed on the 30th day.Observe three groups of patients before treatment,after treatment,follow-up 1 and follow-up 2 four visit time points change of visually simulated VAS score,Western Ontario and McMsster university osteoarthritis index WOMAC score,JOA knee osteoarthritis treatment to determinethe standard score,comparing the change of serum SP content between the three groups patients before and after treatment.Results:According to the Per-protocol set(PPS)principle,statistical analysis was performed on 89 patients(30 in the common acupuncture group,30 in the crossbow drug roll sting group,and 29 in the white wine roll sting group).Before treatment,three groups of patients in the general information(gender,age,BMI,disease duration,disease)and VAS scores,WOMAC scores,JOA scores,and serum SP content comparison differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating between the three groups are comparable.1.VAS score:Intra-group comparison:VAS scores in the common acupuncture group were lower than before treatment,and the difference was very significant statistical significance(P<0.001).It continued to decrease at the follow-up 1 and was very significant statistical significance compared with before treatment(P<0.001),statistical significance compared with post-treatment(P<0.05);slightly higher at follow-up 2 and very significant statistical significance compared to pre-treatment(P<0.001),and not statistically significant compared with after treatment(P>0.05),statistically significant compared with follow-up 1(P<0.01).The VAS score was significantly lower in the crossbow drug roll sting group than the pre-treatment(P<0.001).And gradually decreased during the follow-up period,both follow-ups were very significantly statistically significant before treatment(P<0.001),compared with post-treatment had significant statistical significance(P<0.01);Follow-up 2 compared to follow-up 1 had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The VAS score of the white wine roll sting group was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.001),and gradually increased during the follow-up period.The difference between follow-up 1 and pre-treatment was very significant statistical significance(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between follow-up 2 and pre-treatment(P>0.05).Both follow-ups compare to post-treatment,follow-up 2 compared to follow-up 1 were very significant statistical significance(P<0.001).Comparison between groups:After treatment and during follow-up,the VAS scores of common acupuncture group and crossbow drug roll sting group were significantly lower than those of white wine roll sting group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment and follow-up 1(P>0.05),While in the follow-up 2,the VAS score of crossbow drug roll sting group was lower than the normal acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.WOMAC score:(1)WOMAC-pain:Intra-group comparison:In the common acupuncture group,the WOMAC-pain score was decreased after the treatment from to follow-up 1,Follow-up 2 was slightly higher,There was significant statistical compared with the before treatment(P<0.001).There were no statistically significant differences between the two follow-up visits compared with after treatment and follow-up 2 with follow-up 1(P>0.05).In the crossbow drug roll sting group,the"WOMAC-pain" score was gradually decreased from the after treatment to the follow-up period,Were very significant statistical significance compared with before treatment(P<0.001),two follow-up,respectively,compared with after treatment,all have statistical significance(P<0.05),followed up 2 compared with follow-up 1 have no statistical significance(P>0.05).In the white wine roll sting group,the"WOMAC-pain" score gradually decreased after treatment,and was statistically significant before treatment(P<0.01).During the follow-up period,follow-up period"WOMAC-pain" score increased again,followed up 1 compared with before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),followed up 2 have no statistical meaning compared with before treatment(P>0.05);There were no statistically significant differences between the two follow-up visits compared with after treatment and follow-up 2 with follow-up 1(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:The general acupuncture group and crossbow drug roll sting group had statistically significant differences compared with the white wine roll sting group(P<0.01),and the follow-up 1 and follow-up 2 were compared with white liquor group respectively.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.001),but there was no statistically significant difference between visit time points(P>0.05).(2)WOMAC-stiffmess:Intra-group comparison:after the treatment of the normal acupuncture group,the "WOMAC-stiff" score was decreased,but the follow-up 2 was increased,which was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with the before treatment.There was no statistically significant difference between the two follow-up visits after treatment and follow-up 1(P>0.05).The crossbow drug roll sting group,after treatment and follow-up period,"WOMAC-stiff" score gradually decline,after treatment and follow-up 1 respectively were significant statistical significance compared with before treatment(P<0.01),follow-up 2 compared with before treatment had significant statistical significance(P<0.001),compared respectively with the two follow-up after treatment,follow-up 2 compared with follow-up of 1 had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The white wine roll sting group,"WOMAC-stiff" score decreased from after treatment to follow-up,respectively,compared with before treatment(P<0.05),followed up 2 increases,compared with before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two follow-up visits after treatment and follow-up 1(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).(3)WOMAC-daily activities:Intra-group comparison:ordinary acupuncture group after treatment,follow-up 1 "WOMAC-daily activities" score is reduced,followed up for 2 to rise,compared with before treatment all have significant statistical significance(P<0.001),two follow-up,respectively,compared with after treatment,follow-up 2 and follow-up,compared to 1 had no statistical significance(P>0.05);The crossbow drug roll sting group,after treatment and follow-up period,‘WOMAC-daily activities" score reduced gradually,and two follow-up after treatment,respectively,compared with before treatment has very significant statistical significance(P<0.001),follow-up 1 and after treatment compared with significant statistical significance(P<0.01),and followed up 2 compared after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),followed up 2 and followed up 1 compared with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The white wine roll sting group there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment and the follow-up period(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:after treatment,follow-up 1 and Follow 2 ordinary acupuncture group and crossbow drug roll sting group"WOMAC-daily activities" were significantly lower than the white wine roll sting group(P<0.001),while the ordinary acupuncture group and crossbow drug roll sting grop each visit time comparison have no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(4)WOMAC-total score:Intra-group comparison:ordinary acupuncture group of WOMAC score significantly decreased after treatment,there have very significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.001),followed up 1 continues to fall,compared with before treatment with significant statistical significance(P<0.001),compared with after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);A slight increase in follow-up 2 was significantly statistically compared with before treatment(P<0.001),compare with after teatment and Follow 1 with no significant difference(P>0.05).The crossbow drug roll sting grop:WOMAC scores significantly decreased after treatment,compared with before treatment with significant statistical significance(P<0.001),decreasing WOMAC score during the follow-up period,two follow-up respectively were significant statistical significance compared with before treatment(P<0.001),compared with after treatment had significant statistical significance(P<0.01),followed up 2 compared with follow-up 1 have no statistical significance(P>0.05).White wine roll sting group,after treatment the WOMAC score was lower than before treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).WOMAC score increased during the follow-up period,two follow-up compared with before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05),and followed up 1 compared with after treatment has no statistical significance(P>0.05),compared with after treatment,follow-up 2 has statistical significance(P<0.05),followed up 2 compared with follow-up of 1 no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:after treatment and follow-up 1,follow-up 2,there was no statistically significant difference in the WOMAC score of the common acupuncture group and the crossbow drug roll sting group,both of which were significantly lower than that of the white wine roll sting group(P<0.001).3.JOA score:Intra-group comparison:Ordinary acupuncture group after treatment to the follow-up 1,JOA score increased,compared with before treatment,the differences were very significant statistical significance(P<0.001),followed up for 1 compared with after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The decrease in follow-up 2,compared with before treatment have statistically significant(P<0.001),compared with after treatment and Follow 1have no significant(P>0.05).Crossbow groups roll thorn JOA score after treatment than before treatment significantly increased(P<0.001),further raise JOA score during the follow-up period,were very significant statistical significance compared with before treatment(P<0.001),compared with after treatment,follow-up 1 has significant statistical significance(P<0.01),followed up for 2 compared with after treatment,there is a very significant difference statistically significant(P<0.001),compared with follow-up of 1,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Liquor roll group JOA score increased after treatment,there is a very significant difference compared with before treatment statistical significance(P<0.001),but during the follow-up period JOA score and gradually decline,followed up for 1 had significant difference compared with before treatment statistical significance(P<0.01),compared with after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with before treatment were followed up for 2 no statistical significance(P>0.05),with very significant difference after treatment compared with statistical significance(P<6.001),compared with follow-up of 1,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:after the treatment,JOA score of the normal acupuncture group and the crossbowring group was higher than that in the liquor rolling group(P<0.01),while the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of JOA in the normal acupuncture group and the crossarm group were significantly higher than that in the liquor rolling group(P<0.001),while the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of JOA score between the normal acupuncture group and the crossbow group was statistically significant(P<0.01),which was higher than that in the liquor rolling group(P<0.001).4.The serum content of SP comparison:Intra-group comparison:Ordinary acupuncture group after treatment and crossbow drug roll sting group serum content of SP rolling thorn group before treatment were significantly lower(P<0.001),while the white wine roll sting group after treatment serum content of SP decline is not obvious,compared with before treatment have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:ordinary acupuncture group after treatment and crossbow drug roll sting group serum SP rolling thorn group were significantly lower than the white wine roll sting group(P<0.001),and ordinary acupuncture group compared with crossbow drug roll sting group there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)5.The overall curative effect comparison:The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 86.7%,the total effective rate of the crossbow drug roll sting group was 90%,and the total efficiency of the white wine roll sting group was 41.4%.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.001);The effective rate of acupuncture group and crossbow drug roll sting group was significantly better than the white wine roll sting group(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the common acupuncture group and the crossbow drug roll sting group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The crossbow drug roll sting therapy and common acupuncture therapy all can reduce the symptoms of joint pain and improve the joint function.But the crossbow drug roll sting therapy's long-term curative effect is better than common acupuncture therapy.2.The clinical curative effect of the crossbow drug roll sting therapy is better than white wine roll sting therapy,and the mechanism may be to reduce the serum SP content to achieve analgesic effect. |
