Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the self-made cancer heat elimination prescription for the treatment of primary liver cancer with cancer-induced fever and yin deficiency, and provide preliminary preparations for further clinical, experimental research and new drug development in the future. Methods: According to random number grouping,60 inpatients with qi-yin deficiency primary liver cancer NF were divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. After the patients were included in the clinical observation, the treatment group took self-made cancer heat elimination formula on the basis of basic treatment, and the control group took diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets on the basis of basic treatment for 10 days of continuous treatment. The two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment The body temperature changes,KPS score and QOL score were analyzed for their statistical significance, and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:(1)Efficacy evaluation: Comparison of fever after 7 days of treatment:Comparison of body temperature between two groups of patients after 7 days of treatment P=0.039(P <0.05),the difference in body temperature between the two groups is statistically significant, indicating that the effect of fever in the treatment group is better than the control Group;comparison of overall efficacy: 5 patients in the treatment group were ineffective, the effective rate was 83.33%,10 patients in the control group were ineffective, the effective rate was 66.67%,the comparison between the two groups was P=0.009(P <0.01),indicating the efficacy between the two groups The difference is highly statistically significant, and the overall efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(2)KPS score: The KPS scores of the two groups were compared between groups P=0.002(P<0.01),the difference was highly statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups, the treatment group P=0.000(P<0.05),the control group P = 0.000(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups before and after treatment is statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group and thecontrol group after physical condition All have improved, but the effect of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group.(3)QOL score: The QOL score of the two groups was compared P=0.034(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. In the comparison between the two groups, the difference in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the QOL score of patients.(4)Adverse reaction evaluation: Comparison of adverse reaction events between the two groups of patients, the control group nausea and vomiting, positive fecal occult blood test is significantly different from the treatment group(P<0.05),the control group nausea and vomiting, liver and kidney function changes and treatment There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05)Conclusion: Cancer Relief Recipe is superior to the diclofenac sodium group in the overall antipyretic effect, and can significantly improve the patient's physical fitness and quality of life.It has a gentle effect during the treatment, little toxic and side effects, and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions is lower The sodium chlorophenate group is worthy of further clinical application.
