Objective:To investigate the effect of Zishuiqingganyin addition and subtraction on blood pressure and ACE-Ang?-AT1 R axis in SHR rats,analyzed possible buck mechanism,quantitative effect relationship,and its synergy with Benapri.Methods:64 SHR rats were randomly divided into model group,ZL group,ZL+B group and ZM group Group,ZM+B group,ZH group,ZH+B group,B group,WKY rats were blank group.Give the corresponding medicine separately treatment.Before administration,the blood pressure was measured for 2,4,6,8 weeks,analyzed by average,and after 8 weeks of gastric anesthetic,Taken from serum Ang II and thoracic aortic ACE,AT1 R,angiotensin receptor 2(AGTR2)protein detection.Results:1.Blood pressure:8 weeks after administration,compared with the model group,the blood pressure of each drug group was significantly reduced(P <0.01),compared with group B,the blood pressure of the group of ZH-B decreased(P <0.05);2.ACE,AGTR2,ATIR protein level:Compared with the model group,the expression of ACE,AGTR2,AT1 R protein were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),the protein content of the remaining experimental groups was lower than that of the model group,but the difference was not statistically significant;3.Serum Ang II content:Compared with the model group,the serum Ang II content in the group of ZH-B decreased significantly(P <0.01),the serum Ang II content in the ZM-B group decreased(P <0.05),and the serum Ang II content of the remaining experimental groups decreased compared to the model group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Zishuiqingganyin addition and subtraction have a good buck effect,the buck is stable,the effect is comparable to Benazepril,its buck mechanism may be related to the adjustment of ACE-Ang II.-ATIR axis.2.Zishuiqingganyin addition and subtraction and Benazepril have synergies in reduc-ing blood pressure in SHR rats and regulating the ACE-Ang II.-ATIR axis. |
