Clinical Observation Of Self-made Analgesic Tincture In The Treatment Of Chronic Pain After Lung Cancer Surgery

Objective: Analgesic tincture by clinical observation of chronic pain patients after lung cancer,explore improvements in pain and pain tincture case of chronic pain after surgery for lung cancer patients,thereby improving their quality of life.Methods: Randomly divide 72 cases of patients with chronic pain after lung cancer surgery in the outpatient department of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 into a control group and an observation group,36 cases in each group,placebo control group to be rubbed painful area,2 times a day,the observation group was given analgesic tincture to rub the painful area twice a day,1 week as a course of treatment,after 2 courses of treatment,compares the pain relief and TCM s ymptoms of the two groups Changes and adverse reactions are relatively different.Results: 1.Comparison of pain efficacy:Of the 36 patients in the observation group,11 patients had complete pain relief,15 patients had significant pain relief,6 patients had mild relief,and 4 patients had no relief.The effective response rate was 72.22%.In the control group,there was 1 case of complete remission,5 cases of obvious remission,10 cases of mild remission,and 20 cases of non-remission.The effective remission rate was 16.67%.The rank sum test has significant statistical significance(P <0.01).2.Comparison of curative effect of sympto ms of traditional Chinese medicine:After treatment,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine improved.In the observation group,11 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective.In the control group,4 cases were marked ly effective,13 cases were effective,and 19 cases were ineffective.Compared with the control group,the observation group was better than the control group in improving local tingling and refusing to press,and the effect was better on the dark purple skin and numbness(P<0.05).3.Safety comparison:No obvious adverse reactions were seen during the test.Conclusion: Analgesic tincture can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients with chronic pain after lung cancer surgery,without obvious adverse rea ctions,safe and effective,and has certain clinical application value.
