Clinical Observation And Analysis Of Factors Related To Recurrence Of Jishengwumei Tablets In Preventing Colorectal Adenoma From Recurrence After Operation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jisheng Wumei tablet in the prevention of postoperative recurrence of colorectal adenoma,and analyze the related factors that affect the postoperative recurrence.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,120 patients with colorectal adenomas who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and had undergone endoscopic adenoma resection before enrollment were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Chongqing hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.After colorectal adenoma resection,the treatment group received Jisheng Wumei Tablets for 3 months and enteroscopy for 1 year.In the control group,calcium carbonate D₃tablets were administered after colorectal adenoma resection and diet was resumed for 3 months,and enteroscopy was reexamined 1 year after surgery.In the blank group,enteroscopy was reexamined only 1 year after operation.By comparing and observing the adenoma situation of the three groups,such as the location,diameter,size,number,morphology and histopathological classification of polyps,sorting out the data and carrying out statistical data processing,analyzing the recurrence rate of adenoma among the three groups,evaluating the superiority and safety of Jisheng Wumei Tablet in preventing and treating the recurrence of colorectal adenoma after surgery,and analyzing age,sex,smoking and alcohol preference,eating red meat,whether or not The correlation between metabolic syndrome,adenoma location,morphology,tumor diameter,number,pathological type,differentiation degree,prevention scheme and adenoma recurrence was analyzed.Results:1.Postoperative recurrence rate among the three groups:the recurrence rate of the Jisheng Wumei tablet group was 15.4%;the recurrence rate of the calcium carbonate D₃ tablet group was 43.2%,and the relapse rate of the blank group was47.3%.The recurrence rate of the three groups was compared in pairs.The relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?,while the relapse rate of the control group and the blank group was not significantly different?P>0.05?.It shows that after treatment,Jisheng Wumei Tablet can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of adenoma compared with the control group and the blank group,and has important clinical significance.2.Diameter of recurrent adenomas in three groups:Jisheng Wumei Tablets Group<Calcium Carbonate D₃ Tablets Group<Blank Group.After comparison between the three groups,oral Jisheng Wumei Tablets can significantly reduce the prevention compared with oral calcium carbonate D₃ Tablets.The difference in the maximum diameter of recurrent adenoma was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The Jisheng Wumei tablet treatment group significantly reduced the maximum diameter of recurrent adenoma compared with the blank group without prevention,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?However,the difference between the control group and the blank group was not significant?P>0.05?.It can be seen that Jisheng Wumei Tablets can significantly reduce the diameter of postoperative recurrent adenoma while reducing the postoperative recurrence rate.3.In this subject,through single factor analysis,it was found that the recurrence of adenoma was not related to age,maximum diameter,location and shape of adenoma?P>0.05?.It is related to the patient's gender,smoking history,drinking history,whether he likes red meat,combined metabolic syndrome,number of adenoma,pathological type,whether accompanied by intraepithelial neoplasia,prevention program and other factors?P<0.05?.4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis of factors affecting the recurrence of adenoma,the study showed that the pathology is tubular villous adenoma is an independent risk factor for colorectal adenoma recurrence after surgery?P<0.05?.The preventive strategy of oral Jisheng Wumei tablets is a protective factor for relapse?P<0.05?.5.Safety analysis of the three groups of patients:During the entire clinical observation process,no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group;1 case in the control group developed constipation,and the symptoms were mild,which were mild adverse reactions and did not meet the termination criteria.Healed after
