Clinical Study Of Prevention Of Recurrence And Related Factors Of Colorectal Adenoma By Jianpi Huayu Decoction

Objective:This topic is used to prove that Jianpi Huyu decoction can inhibit the growth of adenoma and reduce the recurrence rate of adenoma。As well as,Jianpi Huyu decoction improves the clinical symptoms of patients.From age,sex,number of adenomas,diameter,site of occurrence and pathological types,the factors affecting recurrence of adenomas were analyzed.Methods:After endoscopic resection of large intestine adenoma,60 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group 30 cases.The control group did not deal with any treatment,and the experimental group was given Jianpi Huayu Decoction 1 week after operation,daily 1 dose,morning and evening take.Review the colonoscopy after treatment。The number,diameter,location,pathological type and degree of tumor were recorded before and after the experiment.The symptom score of TCM before and after the test was recorded,and the recurrence rate of adenoma was analyzed.Analyze the changes of TCM symptoms before and after treatment.The correlation between age,sex,number of adenomas,diameter of adenomas,location of adenomas and pathological types of adenomas and recurrence was analyzed.Results:The recurrence rate of adenoma was 53.3%in the control group and 28.6%in the control group.The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the control group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P =0.04).The number of adenomas in the two groups was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The diameter of adenoma in the two groups was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).This shows that Jianpi Huayu Decoction can obviously reduce the diameter of adenoma and the number of adenomas(P<0.05),thus preventing recurrence of colorectal adenoma.The score of Chinese medicine patients in the two groups was significantly lower than that before the experiment.Resultes:The decoction can inhibit the growth of adenoma,reduce the recurrence rate of adenoma and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.In preventing recurrence of adenoma,Jianpi Huaru Decoction has better preventive effect on tubular adenoma than chorionic adenoma and mixed adenoma.In this study,there were no significant impression factors associated with adenoma recurrence.
