Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Through the clinical observation of Sijunzi Decoction and Wupi Decoction in the treatment of ascites due to spleen deficiency and water-stagnation type liver cirrhosis, evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety, explore the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, with a view to providing an effective new plan for clinical treatment of ascites due to spleen deficiency and water-stagnation type liver. Methods: According to the standard,60 patients with ascites due to spleen deficiency and hydrostatic liver cirrhosis were included, and they were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to random principles,30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine such as etiological treatment, diuresis, liver protection, and the treatment group received conventional Western medicine combined with Sijunzi Decoction and Wupi Drink for 2 weeks.Observe and record the changes of TCM syndrome scores, clinical efficacy,ascites-related indexes, liver fibrosis serological indexes, and liver function in the two groups of patients, and compare and analyze the efficacy of the two groups with statistical software.Follow up for 1 month after the end of treatment to observe the recurrence of the two groups.Results:1、Comparison of TCM symptom scores and curative effect: After treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes in both groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group decreased more obviously(P<0.01);Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms: the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.3% and 53.3%,respectively,and there was a significant difference in the efficacy of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P<0.01);Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 66.7%,respectively.The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher.2、Comparison of ascites-related indexes: After treatment, ascites depth, abdominal circumference, weight, and 24-hour urine output were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement was better in the treatment group(P<0.05).3 、 Comparison of serological indexes and liver function of liver fibrosis:Compared with before treatment,ALT,AST,TBIL,HA,LN,PⅢP,Ⅳ-C of both groups improved after treatment(P<0.05),and ALB of the treatment group was higher than before High(P<0.05),no difference in the control group before and after ALB treatment(P>0.05);the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving liver function(P<0.01),the two groups had no improvement in the serological indicators of liver fibrosis Difference(P>0.05).4 、 There were no obvious abnormalities in the three routine routines, renal function, and electrocardiogram in the two groups during the test.Three patients in the control group had mild hypokalemia, and there were no abnormal electrolytes in the treatment group. No adverse events occurred in the two groups.5、Follow-up was 1 month after the end of treatment. In the treatment group,25 cases recurred in 2 cases, and in the control group,20 cases recurred in 8 cases. The recurrence rates in the two groups were 8% and 40%,respectively.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sijunzi Decoction and Wupi Decoction is effective in the treatment of ascites due to spleen deficiency and water-stagnation type liver cirrhosis, especially in terms of improving TCM symptoms and liver function, and also helps stabilize the condition and reduce recurrence.Sijun Wupiyin is safe, effective, and inexpensive for the treatment of ascites due to spleen deficiency and water-stop cirrhosis.
