The research stems from the researchers' patella dislocation injury and professional training experience.Based on the theory of dance professional training and the anatomy of the knee joint, this paper studies the influencing factors of dancer metatarsal dislocation injury.Patella dislocation is common in dancers, but there is a lack of research on it.This article attempts to investigate the damage situation of the patella dislocation dancer, and analyzes the causes of the patella dislocation injury from the dancer's injury movement, knee joint physiological structure and training factors based on the current situation of the dancer's patella dislocation injury. It also provides reference damage prevention measures for the current problems, which has certain practical significance for reducing the incidence and recurrence rate of patella dislocation of dancers and improving the scientificity of dance training. On the basis of this article uses the literature material method, interview method, survey method, video analysis and mathematical statistics, combined with the quantitative research and qualitative research,in-depth interviews with the injured group five patella dislocation dancers,at the same time to straighten the injured group and healthy group and 30° buckling of Q Angle, the femoral trochlear groove Angle(SA),block depth, patellofemoral suitable for measurement of Angle(CA)4 indicators. The results of this study show that the injured group and the healthy group have significant differences(P <0.05)in the above four measurement indicators, except for the bilateral patella femoral fit angle(P>0.05).The Q angle difference between the stretched and flexed positions of the injured group, the comparison of the bilateral pulley groove angle of the injured group and the healthy group, and the comparison of the bilateral pulley depth of the injured group and the healthy group, and the above three indicators are compared with the dancer patella Dislocation.Comprehensive interview and statistical results show that:1.The patella dislocation of dancers is mainly in the third to fifth grade of secondary school and the first year of undergraduate education, and the recurrence rate is high.2.The direct external movements of dancers to produce patella dislocation are generally the external rotation of the toe and the internal buckle of the knee when the knee bends, that is,when the knee and toe do not coincide.3.In this paper, the Q Angle of the injured group and the healthy group was larger than that of the normal population,in which the Q Angle of the flexural position of the injured group was significantly increased compared with that of the straight position, considering the possibility of recurrence of patella dislocation in the injured group, and the physical structure of the femoral chute Angle was larger and the chute depth was shallow.4.The main external influencing factors of the patella dislocation of the dancers are:insufficient popularization of dance human science in technical secondary school;Fear, blindness and distraction before technical skill;Repeatedly train the same movement when fatigued;the dance teacher does notpay attention to the physical and mental training status of the students in time.5.The main factor for the recurrence of patella dislocation in dancers was that they entered the formal training in class too early after the injury.6.Dancer's normal training after patella dislocation recovers,In general,it is difficult to complete one-leg squat, front somersault and big jump exercises.
