| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Constipation predo-minant irritable bowel syndrome(Stagnation of Liver Yuqi)and the change of serum SP and VIP in patients with constipation-predominant irritable bowel soup and auricular acupuncture and burying beans,and to explore the therapeutic mechanism.Methods:60 patients with constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(liver stagnation syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Simotang Oral Liquid and auricular acupuncture,while the control group was treated with mosapride.Two courses of treatment are 4 weeks.After the treatment was completed,the clinical symptoms,changes in serum SP and VIP,and adverse reactions were observed.Results:(1)The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the effective rate of the control group was 80%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(2)There was no significant difference in the scores of the main symptom scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability;the scores of the main symptoms after treatment between the two groups were compared(P<0.05).(3)The serum SP and VIP levels of the patients after treatment between the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).The treatment group could significantly regulate the changes of serum SP and VIP.(4)The safety indicators of the two groups were observed and no serious complications or adverse reactions occurred.Conclusions:The effect of simotang oral liquid combined with auricular acupuncture and buried bean on constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(liver-qi stagnation syndrome)is significant and worthy of clinical application.Its mechanism of action may be related to the improvement of blood SP and VIP levels. |
