Skeletal muscle plays an extremely important role in the maintenance and movement of the human body.Its function and health status directly affect people's quality of life.Factors such as sports injuries,prolonged bed rest,aging,illness,including weightlessness can lead to decreased muscle function and even muscle atrophy.Common methods of muscle function recovery and muscle atrophy include exercise training,physical factor therapy,drug therapy,and TCM treatment.These methods are not ideal for the prevention and treatment of muscle atrophy.Studies have shown that low frequency pulsed ultrasound has a positive effect on cell healing and regeneration.In this paper,we discuss the effects of low-frequency pulsed ultrasound on the function of the gastrocnemius muscles in the rat tail suspension model,especially the changes in muscle strength.Specific research content includes:(1)Based on the positive effects of low-frequency pulsed ultrasound on cell healing and regeneration,the experimental system of low-frequency pulsed ultrasound in the process of anti-muscle atrophy was constructed,and the practical effects of low-frequency pulsed ultrasound with different parameters were discussed,which was designed for the next step.A viable experimental protocol.(2)The effects of low-frequency pulsed ultrasound with a center frequency of 1 MHz,a repetition rate of 1 KHz and a duty cycle of 20%on the gastrocnemius muscle strength during muscle atrophy under different sound intensities(50 mW/cm2 and 150 mW/cm2)were investigated.influences.The results show that under certain conditions,low frequency pulsed ultrasound has an effect on muscle strength recovery of muscle atrophy.When the sound intensity is 150 mW/cm2,the recovery of muscle strength during muscle atrophy is relieved,which indicates that low-frequency pulsed ultrasound has the effect of resisting muscle atrophy.(3)Aiming at the influence of the accuracy of the ultrasonic action position found in the experiment on the prevention and treatment of muscle atrophy,a model of a cone-shaped ultrasonic focusing transducer is proposed.The cone-shaped ultrasonic focusing transducer can generate a small-sized focusing area.Ultrasound can accurately act on muscle tissue and achieve research at the cellular level,propose new solutions,and provide a favorable experimental implementation for later experiments.
