Prof. Xu Bin's Drug Rule Analysis And Academic Thought Summary For The Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

Purpose:This paper will summarize professor xu bin's medication law and relevant academic thoughts in the treatment of breast hyperplasia,so as to provide an objective basis and theoretical basis for the clinical and scientific research of breast hyperplasia in the future,and provide a more authoritative and effective scheme for the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Material and method:Through visits to division,patient rounds,collecting,organizing,professor xu from October 2017 to October 2018 to treat mammary gland hyperplasia of the original basis prescription,establish Microsoft Excel data,statistical data,in-depth excavation of the high frequency of drug use,and the sexual flavour,through the analysis,concise can reflect,professor xu treatment of breast hyperplasia drug characteristics,law and dialectical treatment,sum up the academic thought,professor xu treatment of breast hyperplasia.Results:1.According to the statistical analysis of drugs with the use frequency of more than20,there are 9 types of traditional Chinese medicine involved,and the top three drugs in terms of the use frequency are: drugs for regulating qi,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and drugs for reinforcing deficiency.2.The statistical analysis of drugs with a drug use frequency of more than 20 shows that there are 4 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine drugs involved,which are cold,warm,flat and cool from high to low.A total of 7 kinds of herbs and herbs are arranged from high to low according to the proportion of the five flavors: bitter,bitter,sweet,sour,light,salty and astringent.3.According to the statistical analysis of drugs with the medication frequency of more than 20,there are a total of 9 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines involved in meridian and meridian,which are listed from high to low in order: liver meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,lung meridian,gallbladder meridian,stomach meridian,kidney meridian,triple jiao meridian and large intestine meridian.4.High frequency drugs were input into spss20.0 software,and k-value clustering was used.The results were as follows: 1.(2)bupleurum,white peony root,turmeric,radix astragali,radix codonopsis,poria,atractylodes atractylodes,rhizoma corydalis,fructus aurantii,peach kernel,safflower,ligusticum chuanxiong;(3)bupleurum,paeonia alba,turmeric,cymbidium,ligustris,hornwort,cuscuta,eucommiae,orange peel,immature bitter orange,rhizoma dulcis,fructus aurantii;(4)aconite,snakegourd,pinellia ternata,summer subtilis,oyster,orange peel,immature bitter orange,wood fragrance.Conclusion:1.According to the analysis of the efficacy categories of high-frequency drugs,it can be concluded that in the treatment of patients with mammary gland hyperplasia by professor xu bin,the most common drugs are qi-regulating drugs,blood-activating drugs and blood-stasis drugs,and tonifying drugs for deficiency.2.Through the analysis of hyperplasia of mammary gland with high-frequency drugs,it can be concluded that although hyperplasia of mammary gland is located in the breast,its occurrence is closely related to liver and spleen meridians.3.The results of cluster analysis of drugs with more than 20 drug use frequency showed that the clinical occurrence of breast hyperplasia was closely related to liver qi stagnation,qi and blood stasis,and spleen and kidney deficiency.4.Based on the analysis of the taste and property,efficacy and clustering of high-frequency drugs,it can be concluded that the main treatment methods for patients with mammary gland hyperplasia in professor xu bin's outpatient department are regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and dispersing the node,and supplementing the benefits.5.Professor xu bin has been treating hyperplasia of mammary gland for many years,studying all kinds of classic ancient books,combining theory with practice,inheriting,developing and innovating the academic thought of "relieving depression and supplementing benefits",and achieving remarkable curative effect in treating hyperplasia of mammary gland by clinical dialectics.
