Clinical Research On The Rules Of Chinese Medicine Use In Different Periods Of Ovarian Cancer

Purpose: To explore the rule of using traditional Chinese medicine in different period of ovarian cancer.Material and method: Ovarian cancer patients in the oncology ward of the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from May 1,2015 to May 1,2018 were collected retrospectively.For the patients included in the study,Microsoft Excel2003 software was used to establish a basic database.The database contents included the general information of patients,hospital number,name,clinical staging,and the application of traditional Chinese medicine in each period,etc.Retrospective study was conducted to analyze the law of the application of TCM decoction pieces in different stages and the relationship with the treatment mode.Results:1.Venous chemotherapy was treated with traditional Chinese medicine at the same time.In the application of traditional Chinese medicine,ginseng(sagebrush,radix pseudostellariae),astragalus,pinellia tuber,and bamboo shavings were mainly used to strengthen the body,strengthen the spleen,and strengthen the stomach.During intravenous chemotherapy,the number of exorcising Chinese medicine flavor increased compared with the same period.At the later stage of intravenous chemotherapy,the number of exorcising Chinese herbs was the most in the third stage.2.The number of exorcising herbs used in non-intravenous chemotherapy is more than that in intravenous chemotherapy.3.During the period of pure use of traditional Chinese medicine,the application of both tumor-stage traditional Chinese medicine and non-tumor-stage traditional Chinese medicine applied multi-flavor exorcising traditional Chinese medicine,and the number of tumor-stage exorcising traditional Chinese medicine was more than that of non-tumor-stage.4.Intravenous chemotherapy in the same period and the interphase of decoction treatment,exorcism yinpian less application,the least in the same period;The use of exorcism decoction gradually increased after intravenous chemotherapy.Tumor-free Chinese medicine treatment period fuzheng exorcism and emphasis;Tumorous Chinese medicine treatment period,exorcism yinpian application is the most.5.Non-intravenous chemotherapy and tumor-associated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are the most commonly used prescription pieces.The least application of exorcism yinpian is the same period of intravenous chemotherapy.The most common ones are the tumor-treated period of traditional Chinese medicine and the later stage of intravenous chemotherapy.Intravenous chemotherapy interval,non-intravenous chemotherapy period,non-tumor Chinese medicine treatment period in the middle.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of ovarian cancer,traditional Chinese medicine takes fuzheng exorcism as the main treatment method,and fuzheng traditional Chinese medicine is used in all stages of treatment,while in combination with intravenous chemotherapy,fuzheng is significantly strengthened,with the strongest strength in the same period of intravenous chemotherapy.2.When patients with ovarian cancer receive intravenous chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine,the application of exorcism traditional Chinese medicine increases with the end of chemotherapy.During the same period of intravenous chemotherapy,exorcism intensity was light.During intravenous chemotherapy,the number of exorcising Chinese medicine flavor increased compared with the same period.At the later stage of intravenous chemotherapy,the number of exorcising Chinese herbs was the most in the third stage.3.In the treatment of ovarian cancer patients with traditional Chinese medicine,in the application of traditional Chinese medicine,the least exorcism intensity is the same period of intravenous chemotherapy;The biggest was the tumorous Chinese medicine treatment period and the vein chemotherapy later period;Intravenous chemotherapy interval,non-intravenous chemotherapy period,non-tumor Chinese medicine treatment period in the middle.
