| Purpose: Systematic search of literature on coronary heart disease with hypertension.To provide the basis for the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in treating coronary heart disease with hypertension,after evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hypertension Material and method: Five databases(CNKI?Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform?VIP? CBM and PubMed)were searched systematically for the literatures related to the treatment of coronary heart disease with hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine.After screening the documents according to the established criteria,we scored the quality of the documents,extracted and processed the data,and examined the heterogeneity of the documents,and then made Meta-analysis.Result: A total of 1381 articles were preliminarily obtained.After screening,28 articles were included,all of which were of low quality.A total of 3616 patients participated in the study.There were 1809 patients in the experimental group and 1807 patients in the control group.The research results show that: In the curative effect of total effective rate of the treatment: OR=3.54,95%CI was[2.60,4.84],Z=7.96,P<0.00001,the data obtained were statistically significant;In curative effect of improvement of ECG: OR=3.26,95% CI was[2.56,4.14],Z=9.60,P<0.00001,the data obtained were statistically significant;In curative effect of Hypotensive effect: OR= 3.53,95%CI was[2.73,4.55],Z=9.67,P<0.00001,the data obtained were statistically significant;In curative effect of LDL-C: SMD=-1.21,95%CI was [-1.62,-0.79],Z=5.68,P<0.00001,the data obtained were statistically significant.In curative effect of TC: SMD=-1.68,95%CI was [-2.41,-0.95],Z=4.51,P<0.00001,the data obtained were statistically significant;Only 2 of 28 articles mentioned adverse reactions.Conclusion: 1.According to the analysis of 28 references,in the use of decoction for coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension,the use of traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis is in the first place;in the use frequency of single traditional Chinese medicine,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Pueraria root are in the first two places.2.Chinese medicine combined with western medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.It has better effect in improving blood pressure and blood lipid level.3.According to the literature analysis,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and routine western medicine treatment did not cause serious adverse reactions.Due to the limited number of documents recording adverse reactions,the occurrence of adverse reactions still needs to be further explored. |
