Purpose:Retrospective analysis method was used to explore the correlation between the rule of TCM syndrome differentiation of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)and its pathology and corresponding physical and chemical indicators,to provide direction for future TCM diagnosis and treatment of IMN.Material and method:From January 2017 to August 2018,80 patients with IMN were enrolled in the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were divided into deficiency syndrome and positive syndrome according to TCM syndrome differentiation.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation and gender, age, duration of disease, pathological stage and corresponding clinical physicochemical parameters in 80 patients with IMN.Results:?There were 23 cases(28.8%)of deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney qi,38 cases(47.5%)of deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney yang,11 cases(13.8%)of deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney yin,8 cases(10.0%)of deficiency syndrome of both qi and yin;?The proportion of male patients was higher than that of female patients, mostly occurred in middle-aged and old people? The duration of deficiency of both qi and yin in TCM was longer than that of deficiency of spleen and kidney(P < 0.05).?The pathological stages of IMN patients were in stage ? and ?,the deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and deficiency of spleen and kidney yang were mostly in stage ?,the deficiency of both qi and yin were mostly in stage ?.Wet water, blood stasis, wet turbidity syndrome is common in the first stage of pathology,damp-heat syndrome pathology ?,? phase distribution is similar.?TCM Syndrome and Physical and Chemical Indicators:the plasma albumin level of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome were higher than that of spleenand kidney yang deficiency syndrome and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),the spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome 24-hour urine protein quantitative level were lower than the liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),blood stasis syndrome total cholesterol level is higher than water dampness syndrome(P<0.05)?Conclusion:1.The deficiency syndrome were more spleen and kidney yang deficiency, spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome, and the evidence were more blood stasis and damp heat syndrome in IMN.2.IMN syndrome and pathology of TCM: pathology were mostly distributed in stage I and II.There were no statistical difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome types in pathological stage.Further research is needed.3.IMN syndrome type and physical and chemical indicators: liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome 24-hour urine protein quantitative level were higher than spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome, blood albumin level were lower than spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome total cholesterol level were high in the water wet certificate.
