Research On The Application Law Of Professor Dong Bo's Clinical Medication In The Treatment Of H-type Hypertension

Purpose:Through regression analysis of the frequency in the traditional Chinese medicines used by Professor Dong Bo on the treatment of H-type hypertension,this thesis excavated the common clinical medicines that Professor Dong Bo used in the treatment of H-type hypertension and explored the medication rule of H-type hypertension.which Professor Dong Bo used in the treatment.Material and method:253 cases of H-type hypertension hospitalized by Professor Dong Bo from October 2016 to October 2017 in the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.The information of hospitalization plasma homocysteine index and taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction were recorded in Excel table.Then it counted out the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine used to treat H-type hypertension.High-frequency drugs including channel tropism,four properties,five tastes were also analyzed.Through the analysis of high-frequency drugs used by IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0,it finally found out the commonly used drug pairs and prescriptions.Results: 1.Professor Dong Bo used 187 herbal medicines in treating H-type hypertension,with a total frequency of 3860 times,of which 44 herbs were used more than 30 times,accounting for 76.61% of the total frequency.Among them,Pinellia ternata,Citrus peel,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Licorice,Ginger,Amomum villosum,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala and Sandalwood were used more than 100 times,which were the common medicines for treating H-type hypertension by Professor Dong Bo.2.Most of the drugs that Professor Dong Bo used belong to the spleen and liver meridians;among the five flavors,sweet medicine was the most frequently used medicine by Professor Dong Bo;and the Thermo medicine of "Four properties" was the most frequently used medicine by Professor Dong Bo.3.Professor Dong Bo’s commonly used medicinal pairs are Pinellia ternata and Citrus peel,Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos,Amomum villosum and sandalwood,ginger and jujube;Professor Dong Bo’s commonly used prescriptions are Erchen Tang,Danshen Yin,Zhishixie Baiguizhi Tang.Conclusion: 1..Professor Dong Bo often uses the methods of invigorating spleen,promoting qi,drying dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to treat H-type hypertension.2.Professor Dong Bo believes that phlegm-dampness is an important syndrome element of H-type hypertension.Qi stagnation,spleen deficiency and blood stasis are also common syndrome elements of H-type hypertension 3.The key location of H-type hypertension lies in the spleen;proof from the spleen is Professor Dong Bo’s guiding ideology for the treatment of H-type hypertension.
