Discussion On The Medication Rules Of Well-known Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Gastric Cancer Based On Data Mining

Purpose: this topic by using statistical analysis,data mining and the method of retrospective study,study of the basis of the TCM therapy for cancer of the stomach,to explore the pathogenesis and therapeutic treatment of cancer of the stomach,summary of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric cancer drug laws,raise the level of gastric cancer treatment based on syndrome differentiation,inherited the academic experience of the TCM therapy for cancer of the stomach,in order to guide clinical and scientific research.Materials and methods: a total of 57 TCM doctors with experience in the treatment of gastric cancer were sought out from the guidance teachers of academic experience inheritance of one to six groups of national TCM experts published by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine(STCM),and their medical cases and prescriptions were collected and sorted out to exclude those who did not meet the inclusion criteria.The obtained data were input into Microsoft Excel,formula database was established,and all prescription drugs,syndrome differentiation and classification,efficacy,four qi and five flavors that met the standards were input.The frequency of TCM,syndrome type,syndrome element and efficacy were counted,and the statistical results were analyzed.SPSS Modeler18.0 data mining software and SPSS Statistics19.0 statistical software were used for data analysis and processing of high-frequency drugs,including correlation analysis and clustering analysis,and the results were analyzed and discussed.Results: 191 prescriptions were analyzed,and 19 types of syndromes and 6 types of high-frequency syndromes were counted,including spleen deficiency and qi deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm and dampness,qi and Yin deficiency,spleen and stomach discord,and qi and blood deficiency.There are 8 types of syndrome elements,mainly qi deficiency syndrome.There are 39 kinds of common drugs,high-frequency drugs are atractylodes,poria cocos,licorice,astragalus,pinellia ternata,tangerine peel,high-frequency anti-tumor drugs are hedyotis diffusa,banzhilian,shijiangchuang,rattan pear root.The drugs were classified according to the types of efficacy,and there were 6 types of high frequency efficacy,including qi tonic drugs,qi regulating drugs,disinfectant drugs,heat-clearing and antidotal drugs,hydrophilic and hygroscopic drugs,and blood-activating and blood-stasis removing drugs.The medicinal properties were warm,flat,cold,cool and hot,the medicinal tastes were sweet,bitter,bitter and sour,and the meridians were spleen,liver,lung and stomach.Through the analysis of association rules,9 pairs of double drugs,33 pairs of triple drugs and 14 pairs of quadruple drugs were obtained.Based on cluster analysis,9 classifications were obtained,and the core drugs were codonopsis pilosula,poria cocos,atractylodes,pinellia ternata and orange peel.Conclusion: based on the analysis of the cases of famous and old Chinese doctors treating gastric cancer,it is found that famous and old Chinese doctors regard deficiency of vital qi as the core pathogenesis of gastric cancer,and other pathological factors such as qi stagnation,phlegm dampness and blood stasis are generated on the basis of deficiency of vital qi and dysfunction of zang-fu organs,forming syndromes of deficiency of vital qi and deficiency of pathogenic factors,as well as mixed syndromes of deficiency and pathogenic factors.Through data analysis,it is concluded that the treatment of gastric cancer in traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on strengthening spleen and qi,supplemented by removing pathogenic factors.Therefore,it is essential to achieve a high level of curative effect to strengthen and protect vital qi and to promote the function of spleen and stomach.
