Professor Jiao Xiaomin's Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Hypertension Complicated With OSAHS Based On The Combination Of Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective: Through retrospective statistics and analysis of clinical cases,Professor Jiao Xiaomin's academic experience in clinical treatment of hypertension and OSAHS and the dialectical model were summarized to promote the inheritance of the instructor's clinical experience.Methods: This study collected 100 cases of wards and outpatients who were diagnosed and included in the criteria for hypertension and OSAHS in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,2012.01-2018.07,and their syndromes,symptoms,Chinese medicine,Western medicine rules,prescriptions The information is entered into the Excel table,and the statistical methods such as frequency frequency statistics,cluster analysis using Gephi,and scale-free network analysis based on association rules are summarized,and the rules,rules and clinical medication rules of the instructors are summarized.According to the analysis,the tutor's clinical academic thoughts are summarized.Results:1.In this study,Professor Jiao Xiaomin treated hypertension with OSAHS for a total of 188 times.The Chinese medicine used 209 flavors,including medlar,pinellia,dried tangerine peel,atractylodes,rehmannia,angelica,Chuanxiong,safflower,gastrodia,and peach kernel.More frequent,this is the common medicine used by Professor Jiao Xiaomin to treat hypertension and OSAHS.2.The common clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension and OSAHS who meet the inclusion criteria are mainly snoring,lethargy,dizziness,headache,fatigue,and sweating.Common tongue coatings are yellow moss and greasy moss.Common veins are slippery veins and string veins.3.Common symptoms of patients with hypertension and OSAHS who meet the inclusion criteria are sputum stagnation syndrome and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.4.Professor Jiao Xiaomin commonly used drugs for Pinellia,Tangerine,Gastrodia,Uncaria,Pinellia,Poria,Atractylodes,Poria,Angelica,Chuanxiong,Peach Kernel,and safflower.In conclusion:1.Professor Jiao Xiaomin's treatment of hypertension,combined with OSAHS,phlegm,phlegm,dampness and soothing.2.Professor Jiao Xiaomin believes that the treatment of hypertension combined with OSAHS should be treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.It is believed that its key position is in the "spleen,throat,and nose",and the academic thoughts of trengthening the spleen,sputum,and pharynx have been established.
