Hepatocellular carcinoma?HCC?,which is a blood-rich tumor, has different blood supply characteristics from normal liver tissue.70%85%of its blood supply comes from hepatic artery. The rest comes from portal veins and the arterial blood supply dominates. The imaging examination is a method that utilizes these differences in blood perfusion. It plays an important role in the differential diagnosis of HCC.Among them, computed tomography?CT?perfusion imaging is a commonly used traditional method in liver perfusion research, but its dynamic scanning has some limitations and high radiation. With the development of Positron Emission Tomography?PET?,dynamic perfusion imaging of 18F-fluorodeoxy glucose(18F-FDG)PET/CT has more research values in the differential diagnosis of HCC.In this paper,we establish a mathematical model based on the compartment model. We calculate the perfusion parameters by using the experimental data obtained from CT perfusion imaging and18F-FDG PET/CT perfusion imaging, analyze the perfusion parameters by Statistical Product and Service Solutions?SPASS?software, discuss the feasibility of identifying HCC in the compartment model in two imaging modes. The specific work is as follows.Firstly,a mathematical model was established based on the dual-input single-compartment model. The blood and tissue curves obtained from CT perfusion image and 18F-FDG PET/CT perfusion image were respectively used as input and output functions of the model to fit the curve to obtain perfusion parameters of the single-compartment model.Only a small number of samples is used to validate CT perfusion since the focus of this study is 18F-FDG PET/CT perfusion. In order to further explore the performance of 18F-FDG PET/CT perfusion imaging,we studied the perfusion parameters of 18F-FDG PET/CT in three-compartment model on the basis of single-compartment model experiment.Next,we estimated the parameters of 18F-FDG PET/CT perfusion based on the three-compartment model. The main content of the experiment is to use two methods to calculate the blood curve as the input function of the model. One is to fix the ratio of arterial and venous blood perfusion of the blood curve. The other is to take this ratio as a parameter to be fitted and then to obtain the perfusion parameters.By observing and analyzing the perfusion parameters of CT perfusion imaging and18F-FDG PET/CT perfusion imaging in the dual-input single-compartment model,it is not difficult to find that both CT perfusion data and PET/CT perfusion data can obtain perfusion parameters in accordance with clinical theory under the dual-input single-compartment model, which is feasible in the identification of hepatic HCC.In addition,in the experiment of double-input three-compartment model to calculate perfusion parameters of 18F-FDG PET/CT,by comparing the blood curve obtained by the two methods as the input function,it can be found that the result of the algorithm for obtaining the perfusion ratio by fitting are better than that of the fixed perfusion ratio. This topic is carried out in cooperation with the PET/CT Center of Yunnan First People's Hospital. The research content is based on the clinical needs of the hospital. The clinical experimental data involved are provided by the PET/CT Center of Yunnan First People's Hospital.
