The Control Of Elemene Injection On The Ascites Of Gynecological Malignant Tumors And The Observation Of Its Clinical Efficacy

Purpose:To study the control of elemene injection on ascites of gynecological malignant tumor and its clinical observation.Material and method:A total of 16 patients undergoing intraperitoneal injection of elemene injection combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of gynecologic malignancy ascites were collected as an observation group from April 2016 to January 2018 in gynecological department of Liaoning Provincial Cancer Hospital.Ovarian cancer was associated with ascites in 10 cases and endometrium.There were 5 cases of cancer with ascites and 1 case of ascites combined with ascites.Randomly selected 21 patients with the same clinical stage and the same age as each other in the control group were treated with chemotherapy alone to treat gynecological malignancy ascites.The ovarian cancer was merged.Ascites in 15 cases,cervical cancer with ascites in 1 case,endometrial cancer with ascites in 5 cases.Both groups of chemotherapy regimens were TC.At the same time,the detailed medical history information of the two groups of patients was collected including the patient's age,pathological diagnosis,staging,surgical history,tumor markers(CA125 values),treatment plan,and toxic side effects.The changes in ascites were determined by the ultrasound findings before and after treatment in both groups of patients.Observe and compare the general clinical data,recent clinical efficacy,and toxic and side effects of the two groups of patients.Count data with x2 test,P <0.05 was statistically significant;measurement data was expressed as ± s,the difference between groups using the T test,Changes in tumor markers before and after treatment in both groups,using rank sum test P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.Effectiveness of elemene injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of gynecologic malignancy ascites patients was higher than that of chemotherapy alone group,P<0.05,with statistical difference.2.Compared with the toxic and side effects of elemene injection combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference;compared with the change of tumor markers CA125 before and after treatment,P>0.05,no statistics difference.Conclusion:1.Elemene injection combined with chemotherapy can increase the control effect of ascites in patients with gynecological malignancy.Elemene injection combined with chemotherapy did not increase toxic side effects.There was no correlation between changes in tumor markers before and after treatment.
