Retrospective Analysis Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Gangrene

Background: with the continuous development of modern society,the relative change of people's life structure and mode,the aging of the population increase,the lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(Arteriosclerosis Obliterans,ASO)were increasing,because of its long duration of disease,injury to patients,prognosis is not ideal,and often can cause the artery lumen stenosis or occlusion,the morbidity and mortality of the disease is relatively high.Objective: The clinical observation and clinical retrospective review of ASO patients were summarized to evaluate the combination of TCM and western medicine.The clinical effect of treatment of ASO.Research object: Retrospective analysis of 50 cases from May 2015 to July 2017,in liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of vascular surgery hospitalized patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion disorder,met the inclusion criteria,this study accords with the traditional Chinese medicine to "gangrene and blood stasis resistance syndrome" diagnostic criteria of western medicine on "disease of lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion" diagnostic criteria.Research methods:In case of information collection,based on the patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion of gender,age,past medical history,clinical symptoms,before and after treatment the ABI and amputation(toe)of aspects such as system analysis,and statistical t test analysis using data SPSS20.0 version of the software,etc.,according to the analysis of the study,the treatment methods,treatment effect,clinical symptoms,vascular involvement,to focus on analysis and discussion.Results: the total effective rate of the patients with amputation(toe)was 95.83%,and the amputation rate was 50%,the total amputation rate was 4%,and the mortality rate was 0.After treatment,ABI increased by 0.56 compared with ABI before treatment.Conclusion: 1.The combination of Chinese and western medicine with endovascular therapy is aneffective and comprehensive treatment approach and method.2.Chinese and western medicine combined with intracavitary treatment of blood stasis resistance type gangrene(lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion syndrome)clinical curative effect significantly,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,promote the healing of ulcer wound,and significantly higher after treatment than before treatment ABI,worth clinical popularizing widely.
