| Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of flavored-jade kidney dew combined with febuxostat in the treatment of patients with gouty nephropathy,and to explore its mechanism of action to provide safe and effective treatment for the clinical treatment of gouty nephropathy.Material and method:Sixty-eight patients with gouty nephropathy who met the criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method:flavored-jade kidney dew group(treatment group)and febuxostat group(control group),and the control group received febuxostat combination of conventional treatment,the experiment group was treated with the flavored-jade kidney dew developed by our hospital in addition to Febuxostat.The patients have received a follow-up visit for 3 months,both groups of patient were compared with each other before and after treatment in terms of change in Uric acid(UA),Serum creatinine(Scr),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),24 hours urinary protein quantity(24hu-TP),Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL),and the TCM symptom scores of both groups were analyzed comparatively.Results: 1.Comparison of clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,the total effective rate was 91.18% in the treatment group and 70.59% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the decline of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was more obvious(P < 0.05).3.The levels of UA,Scr,BUN,β2-MG and 24hu-TP were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant(P < 0.05).4.The levels of TC and TG decreased significantly in both groups after treatment,and HDL increased significantly(P <0.05),and there was a significant difference between the twogroups(P <0.05).5.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Flavored-jade kidney dew combined with febuxostat can play a good effec in the treatment of Gouty nephropathy,and it can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs.2.Flavored-jade kidney dew combined with febuxostat can reduce the level of UA,Scr,BUN,β2-MG,24hu-TP,TC and TG,and raise the HDL level.3.Flavored-jade kidney dew combined with febuxostat can reduce adverse reactions,improve drug safety. |
