| Objective:Through a retrospective study,we investigated the constitution types of CG patients,studied the characteristics of CG,the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of physical type,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of CG by traditional Chinese medicine.Materials and methods:This retrospective study included patients from April 20,2017 to December 20,2017 in hospital in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,endoscopic and pathological diagnosis of CG,and complete the"TCM Constitution questionnaire"patients;collect the information of patients,including case number,name,gender,age,course of disease,admission time,height,weight,inducement and gastroscopy report gastroscope pathology report,Hp report,TCM physique type report;based on the SPSS20.0 software research into the factors?age,gender,disease duration,inducement,Hp,BMI,physical type etc.?for statistical analysis.Frequency method is used in general data,and X2 test is used for counting data.When the test value was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Result:1.CG general data analysis:Of the 145 cases of CG,65 cases?44.8%?were male and 80 cases?55.2%?were female,and the proportion of men and women was 1:1.23.The youngest person was 21 years old,the largest was 82 years old and the average age was 50.20±12.244 years old.The age distribution of the patients was 67.6%in the middle age group?41-65 years old?.Diet and emotion,cold,fatigue both were the common causes of CG,accounted for 34.43%,37.70%,22.95%,4.92%.The shortest course of disease was 6 months,the longest was 30 years,the average course of disease was 5.72±6.41 years.The course of CG was mainly concentrated in1-5 and 6-10 years.The positive rate of Hp in CG patients was 62.07%.CG patients were overweight?24?BMI<28kg/m2?accounted for the largest proportion was 40%.2.The distribution of TCM physique type:Patients with CG type of constitution distribution in decreasing order:Yang deficiency type?25.90%?,Qi deficiency type?14.03%?,Phlegm and dampness type?12.95%?,Qi depression type?12.59%?,Damp and heat type?11.87%?,Gentle type?8.99%?,Blood stasis type?5.40%?,Yin deficiency type?5.04%?,Particularly intrinsic type?3.24%?.Compared with the general population type[1],Yang deficiency type constitution is the main physique constitution type of CG.3.Study on the correlation between the physique types of traditional Chinese medicine and the influencing factors of CG:A total of 145 patients with CG were included in this study,and the mixed constitution was repeated.There was no statistical difference between the distribution of physique type and age group?P>0.05?.Physique type and sex:the men of humid and hot type were more than women?P<0.05?;there was no statistical difference between the type of residual constitution and the distribution of sex?P>0.05?.The constitution types and causes:the main predisposing factors of qi stagnation type physical was emotional?P<0.05?,mainly induced by qi deficiency constitution,damp heat constitution and blood stasis constitution factors were fatigue?P<0.05?;there was no significant correlation between residual body types and predisposing factors?P>0.05?.Physical type and duration:Damp heat type patients were mainly concentrated in 1-5 years?P<0.05?,and there was no significant difference in remaining constitution type and disease course distribution?P>0.05?.There was no statistical difference between the physique type and the Hp susceptibility?P>0.05?.Constitution types and BMI:Qi deficiency constitution of BMI mainly distributed in BMI<18.5kg/m2?P<0.05?;Yang deficiency constitution of BMI mainly concentrated in 24?BMI<28kg/m2;damp heat constitution and phlegm dampness constitution of BMI mainly concentrated in the BMI?28kg/m2?P<0.05?;there was no significant correlation between the constitution types and BMI?P>0.05?.Conclusion:1.CG in middle-aged,overweight more,of course 1-5 years most,Hp positive rate was62.07%,diet,emotion,cold,fatigue are common predisposing factors of CG;2.the main physique types of CG are Yang deficiency type,Qi deficiency type and phlegm dampness type,and the people of Yang deficiency type are the susceptible people of CG.3.The factors such as sex,inducement,course of disease and BMI of 3.CG have some influence on the distribution of physique of Chinese medicine. |
