Purpose:To establish a model of heart failure rat model.To detect the heart EF of rats?FS value,BNP value in serum Small G protein in myocardial tissue?IL33?ST2 value,To observe the effect of Zhenwu Decoction on the heart failure rats.Tostudy the mechanism a nd provide basis for clinical treatment of heart failure?Materials and methods:1.And the blank control group was set.Acute myocardial infarction was caused by anterior des cending of the left coronary artery in rats.After surgery,the wound healing was done in cold water.The rat model of heart failure was completed.2.After the model was successful,the high dose group was used 37.8g/(kg*d),Low dose grou p 9.45g/(kg*d);Captopril,western medicine group 10/(kg*d).To fill the stomach;Model group,Normal group gives physiological salt 3ml.Twice a day,Every time 3ml,It lasts for 15 days.3.The heart FS and EF valueswere measured by doppler ultrasound in 6 weeks after gavage.4.Serum BNP values were detected by ELISA.Western blotting Small G protein,IL33 and ST2 were detected in rat myocardium.Results:1.The model group was compared to the normal group:FS,EF value were significantly lower(P < 0.01)was statistically significant,The results showed that the heart of rats was negatively correlated with heart failure.Compare with the normal group,model group?the low dose group was significantly reduced(P < 0.01).The value of medium dose group(P < 0.05)was statistically significant.The western medicine group,There was no significant difference in the high-dose group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the value of the western medicine group and the high-dose group was significantly higher(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the high-dose group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).2.Compared with normal group,the BNP value was significantly increased(P < 0.01).It shows that BNP values are positively correlated with heart failure.Normal group ratio There was statistically significant increase in the model group(P < 0.01).The increase of western medicine group and low dose group(P < 0.05)was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between medium and high dose group(P>0.05).Compare to the model group.The decrease of western medicine group and low dose group(P < 0.05)was statistically significant.The high dose group and medium dose group were significantly reduced(P < 0.01).Comparison with western medicine group: low,medium and high dose groups were significantly(P>0.05).3.Comparison of expression gray values of Small G protein?IL-33 and ST2 protein in heart failure rats.3.1 There was a significant increase in the gray value of IL33(P < 0.01)between the model group and the normal group(P < 0.01).indicating that IL33 was positively correlated with Heart failure is positively correlated.Compare with the normal group.The gray value of the model group,western medicine group and low-dose group was significantly increased(P <0.01).The medium dose group increased slightly(P < 0.05),High dose difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compare to the model group.Western medicine group decreased slightly(P < 0.05).Significant reduction in medium and high dose group(P <0.01).There was no significant difference in low-dose group(P>0.05).Compared with western medicine group,the gray value of medium and high dose group decreased(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the low dose group(P>0.05).3.2 Compared with normal group,the expression gray value of ST2 protein was significantly increased(P < 0.01).There is statistical significance.It indicates that ST2 gray value is positively correlated with heart failure?Compare with the normal group.The difference between model group and low-dose group was significant(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the high-dose group(P>0.05).Compare to the model group.The grayscale value of the western medicine group and the medium dose group(P < 0.05)was statistically significant.The decrease of gray value in high-dose group was significant(P < 0.01),There was no significant difference in low dose group(P>0.05).Compared with the western medicine group,the gray value of the high-dose group decreased(P < 0.05),and the other group no significant differences(P>0.05)showed no statistical significance.3.3 The gray value of the model group and the normal group was significantly increased(P <0.01).It is indicated that the gray value of small G protein is positively correlated with heart failure?Compare with the normal group.The gray value of western medicine group and medium dose group was higher(P < 0.05).The high-dose group(P>0.05)was not statistically significant.Compare to the model group;The gray-scale value of western medicine group and medium dose group decreased(P < 0.05).The high dose group was significantly reduced(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in low dose group(P>0.05).Comparison with western medicine group;The gray value of high dose group decreased(P < 0.05),No significant difference was found in other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Zhenwu Decoction improves heart EF and FS value and improves myocardial ischemia.2.Zhenwu Decoction Reduce BNP value in serum and improve cardiac function.3.Zhenwu Decoction It can reduce IL33 and ST2 in myocardial tissue.To protect the heart by activating the IL33/ST2 L pathway.4.Zhenwu Decoction It can reduce the content of G protein in myocardial tissue.It prevents oxidative stress?Inflammatory response,Reduce myocardial fibrosis?Myocardial hypertrophy.
