Purpose:By analyzing the relationship between TCM syndromes of unstable angina pectoris, degree of coronary artery disease, and related risk factors,we explored the regularity. It is expected to provide an objective and practical reference for clinical treatment.Method:Methods a total of 100 patients who were hospitalized in Department of Cardiology of Liaoning people's Hospital from June 2017 to December 2017,who were diagnosed as unstable angina pectoris and underwent coronary angiography during hospitalization, were collected and their information was collected. The data of this study were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software, the measurement data were analyzed by single factor ANOVA,and the multiple comparisons among groups were tested by LSD-t test.If the materials did not satisfy the homogeneity of variance, the Welch test was used, and the Games-Howell test was used for the multiple comparisons among groups. The count data were statistically analyzed by chi-square test or Fisher exact probability method.Results:1.In the 100 cases of unstable angina pectoris, the top 4 of the distribution of TCM syndromes was:syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel(37%),syndrome of heart blood stasis(20%),syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin(18%),syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis(15%).2.In the different types of TCM syndrome groups,BMI of the syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel group was the highest, and was significantly higher than syndrome of heart blood stasis group and syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and yin group(P<0.05),with statistical significance; However, there was no significant difference in sex, age, hypertension, diabetes, smoking and blood lipids index among different TCM syndromes(P > 0.05).3.The Gensini scores in different TCM syndromes were syndrome of heart blood stasis>syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis> syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin>syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel, and the degree of coronary lesion in the patients with heart blood stasis syndrome was significantly higher than that in the phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome group(P = 0.04<0.05).4.In the degree of coronary artery disease, men were more serious than women and had statistical significance(P=0.023<0.05),but there was no significant difference in age, hypertension, diabetes, smoking and blood lipid index between different degrees of coronary artery disease(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.TCM syndrome type distribution from high to low:syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel, syndrome of heart blood stasis, syndrome of deficiency of both vital energy and yin, syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, syndrome of blood stasis, syndrome of deficiency of yang qi,syndrome of stagnation of yin cold, syndrome of yin deficiency of heart and kidney.2.There are obvious differences in BMI between different TCM syndrome types, and the relationship between syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel and obesity is more closely than that of other syndrome types. There is no significant correlation between different TCM syndrome types and other risk factors.3.Compared with other syndrome patients, the degree of coronary artery lesion is more serious in patients with heart blood stasis syndrome.4.The severity of coronary artery disease in male patients was more serious than that in women, but there was no significant correlation between the severity of coronary artery disease and other risk factors.
