The Effect Of Qingzhuan Tea Produced In Xianning On The Body Weight And Blood Lipids Of Obese Mice

Objective To analyse Chemical composition of Qimgzhuan brick tea from Xianning Chibi and the effect of Qimgzhuan brick tea on weight gain and blood fat of diet-induced obese mice is observed.Methods The obesity model by feeding the KM mice with high-fat diet is constructed.Then,obesity KM mice is divided into high dose group,middle dose group,and low dose group,each group treatment dose is 4 g/kg,2 g/kg,and 1 g/kg respectively.Qingzhuan brick tea is given to KM mice by intragastric administrationg(0.3 mL/40 g)and drink freely(0.5 mL)with dose ratio of 7:3.KM mice serum TC,TG,HDL,and LDL level is measured with Full-automatic bio-chemical instrument by removalling KM mice eyeball,perirenal and epidodymal fat is weighed after 36 days treatment.During the experiment,dietary intake,body weight and body length of is recorded too.Results The weight of obesity KM mice induced with fat diet is 20%more than normal group which fed with standard diet after 30 days,that means KM obesity model mice is constructed.While convert the high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group treatment dose for KM mice into human dose,it proves to be suitable for humans which equal to 17 g/d,8.5 g/d and 4.25 g/d.The weight gain and coefficient of fat of High dose group(4 g/kg)and middle dose group(2 g/kg)obesity mice is significantly lower than the obesity model group after treated with Qingzhuan brick tea for 36 days,but the dietary intake,Lee'e index and the serum TC,TG,HDL,and LDL level has no significantly difference.Conclusion Treatment dose of Qingzhuan brick tea from Xianning in 4 g/kg or 2 g/kg has an significantly inhibitory effect on obesity KM mice weight gain and coefficient of fat,but shows no effect on serum TC,TG,HDL,and LDL level.Above all,Qingzhuan brick tea has an anti-obesity effect but no effect on regulating blood lipid.
