| A few years ago, South Korea has produced a new product-black ginseng. Reports on ginseng and red ginseng in domestic are abundant, while the research on black ginseng is less. Black ginseng has broad application value and development prospects, but at present the research is on black ginseng saponins, ignored many of other components such as volatile oil, flavonoids ingredients. The reports should also study these ingredients, to expect to find the new active compounds. This thesis had carried on the systematically research of compound purple red ginseng, mainly including the chemical composition of compound purple red ginseng, active determination, hypolipidemic, hypoglycemic, anti-fatigue. It provided theoretical basis for the further research and development and utilization of the compound purple red ginseng. The results of the study were as follows:1.Chemical composition research on compound purple red ginseng.In order to find more new active constituents from the compound purple red ginseng, the chemical study on the aceticether and Methanol extract of the root of this plant was carried out.By various methods of isolation such as column chromatography, thin layer chromatography, 9 compounds were isolated, and by the means of the physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods(1H-NMR,13C-NMR),9 compounds were elucidated as:20(S)-ginsenoside-Rh1, 20(R)-ginsenoside-Rg3,20(S)-ginsenoside-Rg3,20(R)-protopanaxatriol,ginsenoside-Rg5,20(R)-ginsenoside- Rh2,20(S)-ginsenoside-Rh2,20(S)-protopanaxadiol, ginsenoside-CK.2.Determination of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitory activity. Compound purple red ginseng methanol, water and ethyl acetate extract of HMG-CoA reductase inhibition showed a certain capacity, IC50 value were 20.8, 2.6, 7.5 mg·mL-1. Compound purple red ginseng results can be concluded that compound purple red ginseng had certain HMG-CoA reductase inhibition.3.Determination of acetylcholine inhibitory activity. Compound purple red ginseng methanol, water and ethyl acetate extract of acetylcholine inhibition showed a certain capacity, and IC50 value were 8.0, 2.6, 5.5 mg·mL-1. Compound purple red ginseng results can be concluded that compound purple red ginseng has certain acetylcholine inhibition.4. Hypolipidemic effect on Lipid Metabolism of compound purple red ginseng in mice. This study found that eating compound purple red ginseng water and ethanol extract could reduce the content of TC, TG, LDL-C and increase the content of HDL-C in the high fat feed mice serum. At the same time, compound purple red ginseng water and ethanol extract increase the ability of GSH-Px and SOD and reduce the content of MDA. So, the compound purple red ginseng improved blood lipid metabolism, reduced the risk of the AS and presented the obvious effects of dependencies.5. Hypoglycemic effect on Lipid Metabolism of compound purple red ginseng in mice. Compound purple red ginseng extract can change the blood sugar of diabetes, insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin levels. However, the mechanism of hypoglycemic effect need further research.6.Anti-fatigue effect of compound purple red ginseng Coffee in mice. Compound purple red ginseng Coffee was no significant difference to the quality of the mice body, can prolong the mice swimming exhaustion time. Compound purple red ginseng Coffee can increase the content of mice liver and muscle glycogen and LDH activity. Compound purple red ginseng Coffee reduced the concentration of SUN and the content of serum LD. So, Compound purple red ginseng Coffee had significant anti-fatigue effect.7.The development of related products the compound purple red ginseng coffee. There are two kinds of compound purple red ginseng coffee, 0.5 g compound purple red ginseng coffee and 1 g compound purple red ginseng coffee.As for 0.5 g compound purple red ginseng coffee, it has distinctive black ginseng flavor and taste, besides full-bodied flavor;1 g compound purple red ginseng coffee has more strong smell, suggested people that tastes heavier choose. |
