| Purpose:Meta analysis of the included study data was performed using RevMan5.3 software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration. To investigate the efficacy and safety of Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Search and incorporate relevant data on the clinical benefit of Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, the effectiveness of solid tumors, quality of life improvement, adverse reactions and T lymphocyte immune function A comparative analysis was made and corresponding conclusions were drawn, which provided a certain reference for clinical medical workers to use drugs rationally.Material and method:The literatures published in the randomized controlled trials of Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of NSCLC were published from January 2010 to January 2018.Establish clear criteria for inclusion and exclusion, retrieve scientific literature databases, eliminate documents that do not meet the standards, perform meta-analysis of the included research data using RevMan5.3 software, and compare the results of the study data to discuss KLT injections The clinical benefit of combined chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, and the results of the report were analyzed. Results: 1.Through investigation,a total of 13 research data were included in the study, both of which discuss the effectiveness of Kanglaite injection in solid tumors. The results showed that Z=5.09(P<0.00001),the effective rate of treatment was 1.95,and the 95%CI was 1.51 to 2.52.The effective rate of solid tumor in the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).This shows that Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy is superior to chemotherapy alone in the treatment of solid tumors.2.Eight study data on the improvement of quality of life of KLT patients in NSCLC were included. The results suggest that Z=5.30(P<0.00001),the improvement of quality of life(OR)was 2.89,and 95%CI was 1.95 to 4.28.The difference in quality of life between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients treated with Kanglaite Injection was better than that of the control group.3.Eight studies were included to report the use of Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy to improve gastrointestinal adverse reactions in patients. The results showed that Z=3.37(P=0.0007),gastrointestinal adverse reaction OR was 0.54,95%CI was 0.38 to 0.77;the difference in gastrointestinal adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that KLT has a certain role in reducing gastrointestinal adverse reactions in patients with chemotherapy.4.Nine patients were included in the study to compare the results of chemotherapy for T lymphocytes(CD3+cells,CD4+cells,and CD4+/CD8+cells)in NSCLC patients.CD4+/CD8+cells,CD4+cells,and CD3+cells were tested for heterogeneity using a random effects model. The results of CD4+/CD8+cells showed: Z=6.29,P<0.00001,combined effect MD 0.32,95%CI 0.22 to 0.42;CD4+cell results showed: Z=3.99,P<0.0001,combined effect amount MD was 5.93,95%CI was 3.01 to 8.84;CD3+cell results showed: Z=3.68,P=0.0002,combined effect amount MD was 8.96,95%CI 4.19 ~ 13.73,the results show that plus Kanglaite injection group compared with the control group T lymphocyte measurement was statistically significant, indicating that Kanglaite injection can enhance the patient’s T cell immune function. Conclusion: 1.Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy group than chemotherapy alone group in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer solid tumor efficiency is more advantageous.2.Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can reduce cancer patients in the course of chemotherapy adverse reactions.3.Kanglaite injection can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with NSCLC,improve the role of patients with T lymphocyte immune function. |
