Clinical Study On Medium And Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With The Kanglaite Injection Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective: To explore the effect of kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of medium and advanced Qi Yin deficiency type of Non-small cell lung cancer.Method: we collected 88 cases medium and advanced Qi and yin deficiency type of non-small cell lung cancer in the study.They were randomly divided into control group(chemotherapy)and treatment group(chemotherapy and Kanglaite injection).The control group were treated with docetaxel plus cisplatin chemotherapy and the treatment group in chemotherapy combined with Kanglaite Injection.79 cases completed the entire study.After treatment,to observed the two groups of patients with the short-term clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score improvement,Card score,Expression of tumor markers,Immune function improvement and adverse reaction and other related indicators.Results: 1.Comparison of two groups of patients after treatment in the short-term clinical efficacy,there was no significant change in the size of the tumor.2.The two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome integral comparison has statistical significance,the treatment group in cough,sputum volume changes,Shenpi fatigue,wheezing,dry mouth and throat dryness and sweating,night sweats symptoms improve is better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of two groups of patients Card score,the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).4.The level of CEA expression in the peripheral blood of the two groups after treatment was decreased,and there were differences between the groups(P < 0.05).5.After treatment the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,NKcell activity in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.6.Comparison of two groups of patients in the gastrointestinal tract,bone marrow suppression and liver function injury in patients,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group in the gastrointestinal tract,bone marrow suppression(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of medium and advanced Qi Yin deficiency type of Non-small cell lung cancer in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,the expression of cancer embryo antigen and the improve situation in immune function are better than the conventional chemotherapy,and Kanglaite Injection combined with chemotherapy can reduce gastrointestinal reaction in a certain extent,improve the patient’s bone marrow suppression.
