Purpose:Through study of the distribution of TCM syndromes of glomerulonephritis is associated with renal hypertension, plus the intrinsic correlation between TCM syndromes and laboratory tests of urine protein, serum creatinine, uric acid and urea nitrogen,to provide a reference for clinical syndrome differentiation, and to serve the clinical work.Material and method:152 accumulated patients were admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Nov.2016 to Jul.2017,and were diagnosed with glomerulonephritis and renal hypertension. The patients were divided based on their symptoms and signs.Patient information was recorded in the Excel spreadsheet and statistical anaylsis was done in SPSS 22.0.Results:1.Distribution concluded from 152 cases of renal hypertensive patients with TCM syndrome: Spleen and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome> Qi and Yin deficiency> Blood stasis block syndrome> Liver and kidney Yin deficiency> Syndrome of stagnation of phlegm dampness> Upflaming liver fire.2.TCM syndromes and CKD staging: In CKD1~2,spleen and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome is the most common,In CKD3,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and liver and kidney yin deficiency happen in most of the cases,In CKD 4-5,spleen and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis block syndrome is the most evident.3.TCM syndromes and blood pressure: Syndromes of blood stasis block is more comman than other syndromes, and there is no major variance among the other groups.4.The relationship between TCM syndromes and urinary protein: Major differences exist between varied TCM syndromes and urinary protein qualitative, and in terms of quantitative urinary protein in 24-hour urinary protein, the spleen and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis block syndrome show higher results compared to other syndromes.5.TCM syndrome type of renal hypertension has no major correlation with patient age, gender, duration of blood pressure, blood pressure classification, diastolic blood pressure, serum uric acid and so on.Conclusion:1.The most common existing of renal hypertension patients with spleen and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome is the most common further validate that renal hypertension varies from essential hypertension, and the rarity of upflaming liver.2.In the early stage, patients with renal hypertension mainly suffer from deficiency in spleen and kidney,qi and yin, liver and kidney yin. With CKD progressing, the blood stasis block syndrome and syndrome of stagnation of phlegm dampness gradually accumulate.3.Blood stasis block systolic blood pressure higher than other syndromes.4.Renal hypertension TCM syndromes have a certain correlation with part of the renal laboratory indicators.
