A Clinical Study Of High-frequency Electroacupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Training For The Treatment Of Increased Muscle Tone Of The Upper Limbs After Stroke

Objective :To investigate the efficacity of the treatment of electroacupuncture combine rehabilitatian therapy to inhance curative effict of muscle tension after stroke.Methods :68 hemiplegic patients with muscle tension after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(n=34)and control group(n=34).control group accepted the prompt rehabilitatian training,while the treatment group received prompt rehabilitatian training as well as the treatment of electroacupuncture antagonistic muscle,the treatment of electroacupuncture lasted 30 minutes,once a day,for a course of one month.Both groups were assessed with modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)?Fugl-Meyer assesment(FMA)?Modified barthel index(MBI)before and after 2 courses.Result: 1.After treatment,the two groups of patients in the Ashworth scale assessment than before treatment increased,with significant differences(P <0.05),indicating that both groups can improve the patient's muscle tension.After treatment,Ashworth scale assessment between the two groups improved significantly(P <0.05),indicating that the level of muscle tension in the treatment group than in the control group was significantly.2.After treatment,the scores of FMA in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,which were statistically significant after treatment(P <0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the motor function of the patients.3.After treatment,the MBI scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,which were statistically significant after treatment(P <0.05).After treatment,MBI score between the treatment group and the control group was significantly different(P <0.05,indicating that the ability to improve the daily life of the treatment group than the control group effect is obvious.Conclusion : 1.Electroacupuncture combine rehabilitatian therapy can improve muscle tension in patients with upper limb muscle tone after stroke.2.Electroacupuncture combine rehabilitatian therapy can improve the motor function of patients with enhanced upper limb muscle tone after stroke.3.Electroacupuncture combine rehabilitatian therapy can improve the daily living ability of patients with upper extremity muscle tone after stroke.4.Electroacupuncture is a safe and effective treatment of upper limb muscle tension after stroke means,it is worth promoting.
