Purpose:The rat with acetic acid type gastric ulcer was the experimental object.Using pathological morphology and computer image analysis technique.To observe the healing effect of the Xiaoyongkuidekang decoction on the ulcer of acetic acid type gastric ulcer.In addition,molecular biological techniques were used to investigate the mechanism of gastric ulcer treatment from the Angle of motilin and tumor necrosis factor.Material and method:The animals used in this experiment were 48 patients with SPF wistar rats of 170-210 g.The rats were randomly divided into four groups after three days the adaptive feeding.It was divided into blank group.model group.omeprazole group.and Xiaoyongkuidekang group.each group of 12.The rat model of gastric ulcer was established by injection of acetic acid in rat gastric mucosa.When the injection site,the serous layer of the stomach,appears 3mm white ulcer.it is a successful model.During the treatment phase,the blank group and the model group were given normal saline irrigation for 14 days with a weight of 1.25mL/100 g per day.Rats in omeprazole group were treated with a daily dose of 1.04mL/100 g for the treatment of omeprazole water for 14 days.The rats were treated with a daily dose of 1.25 ml /100 g.which lasted for 14 days.After the treatment,the rats were killed and the materials were taken.The ulcer area,ulcer index and ulcer inhibition rate were measured in each group.The morphological changes of gastric mucosa in rats were observed by computer image analysis.In traditional Chinese medicine "Xiaoyongkuidekang" omeprazole decoction and western medicine as control.using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)and other modern experiment technology.detection of acetic acid gastric ulcer rats serum MTL and the content of TNF alpha content.Results:1.Compared with the model group,the area of ulcer in the treatment group was significantly reduced,the ulcer index decreased,and the ulcer inhibition rate increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the area of ulcer area(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the ulcer index(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ulcer inhibition rate.2.Compared with the blank group.MTL content of the model group(472.69+42.96)decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group.MTL content of each treatment group was increased(P<0.05).Compared with the MTL content(ng/g),there was no significant difference between the treatment group(2317.71+106.61)and omeprazole(2585.09+90.96)in the treatment group.3.Compared with the blank group,the tumor necrosis factor(TNF-alpha)in the model group was increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,TNF-alpha in each treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the TNF-alpha.the treatment group(37.38+1.49)and omeprazole treatment group(33.88+1.90)showed no significant difference.Conclusion:1.The decoction can reduce the area of gastric ulcer in rats,promote ulcer healing,significantly reduce the ulcer index,and significantly increase ulcer inhibition rate.2.The content of MTL in the serum of the model group was decreased,indicating that the content change was related to the occurrence of gastric ulcer.The decoction can improve the content of MTL in rat serum and improve the state of gastric ulcer in rats.3."Xiaoyongkuidekang" decoction can improve the general situation of acetic acid type gastric ulcer in rats and its mechanism may be through the lower model of animal serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-alpha)content to implement.
