Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Professor Yao Jingying's Experience Formula In The Treatment Of Constipation In Children With Yin Deficiency And Internal Heat

Purpose: Pediatric constipation is a common clinical disease with an incidence rate of 0.3% to 8.0% [1].It belongs to the category of functional constipation(FC)in children with Western medicine.Through the self-designed statistical scale to objectively evaluate Professor Yao Jingying's experience in the treatment of 54 cases of Yin Deficiency of internal heat in children with constipation clinical efficacy,Professor Yao Jingying's experience in the treatment of constipation in children with clinical efficacy to provide clinical basis,expounded Professor Yao Jingying's syndrome differentiation treatment The syndrome differentiation and treatment of yin deficiency with internal heat constipation in children and the principle of prescription are used to broaden the thinking for clinical treatment of constipation in children.Material and method: During the period from 2016.12 to 2018.02,he was admitted to the pediatrics clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The dialectical syndrome of TCM was “constipation in children(yin deficiency with internal heat syndromes)” and the diagnosis of “children patients of FC” in Western medicine was selected in accordance with the 54 cases of children patients of FC that conformed to the inclusion and exclusion criterion of this study.Use the scores of medical records obtained from the survey questionnaire that were scored using the "Treatment Efficacy Evaluation Form for Child FC(Yin Deficiency With Internal Heat Syndromes)"(self-proposed).The collected information of children patient's primary treatment,after two and four weeks of treatment,includes the general conditions of the children,current medical history,past medical history,family medical history,eating habits of life,personality,tongue and pulse signs,and other clinical symptoms.Record and score the collected disease information separately.This study uses the self-control method of before and after treatment and using the Yao Jingying's empirical formula treats a “FC in children(yin deficiency with internal heat syndromes)”.The data collected was evaluated objectively by the Nimodipine method [2],including the total effective rate of the disease and its TCM syndromes,the effectiveness of each individual symptom treatment,and the efficiency of the main accompanying symptoms.Using Excel spreadsheets and SPSS 17.0 statistical software,the collected data were entered into the statistical analysis to fully evaluate the clinical efficacy of Professor Yao Jingying's experience.Summarizing the clinical experience of the clinical application of Professor Yao's tutor in the treatment of children of FC,and explain Professor Yao Jingying's understanding of children's constipation and the principles of the prescription of Professor Yao's experience.Results:1.The total effective rate of Professor Yao Jingying's experience in treating children with functional constipation and medical syndromes was 94.44% and 96.30%,respectively.2.The symptoms of defecation in children with functional constipation were largely relieved.The most obvious symptoms of improvement were dry stools and weekly defecation times.3.The symptoms of yin deficiency with internal heat in children were effectively controlled.According to the frequency of occurrence,five episodes of fever,anorexia,night sweats,dry mouth and throat,and facial warming were observed.Conclusion:1.Yao Lao experience prescription for the treatment of yin deficiency internal heat in children with constipation clinical curative effect.2.Instructors in the clinical use of Professor Yao experience in the treatment of children with functional constipation,for clinical constipation in children with clinical syndrome differentiation and prescription medication broaden ideas.
