Research On The Characteristics Of Urticaria Syndromes And The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To explore the Syndrome elements of urticaria distribution and drug law,standardization of urticaria syndrome and clinical medication to provide guidance and theoretical basis.Materials and methods:From the database of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM literature screening urticaria syndrome data,The syndromes,syndrome elements,clinical medication,the establishment of syndromes,drug databases,the distribution of syndromes and the use of drugs were investigated by using statistical methods such as frequency,frequency,clustering and correlation analysis.Results:1.A total of 805 literatures were reviewed.Among the 50 articles included in the screening,4582 cases were received,of which 67 were syndromes and 211 were recorded.After the syndromes were decomposed,a total of 28 syndromes were identified,of which the disease-related syndromes 18 kinds of elements,the cumulative number of disease syndromes 8476 times,disease-bit syndrome 10 species,a total of 1168 times.Symptoms of disease include wind(29.26%),fever(19.63%),cold(13.22%),blood deficiency(8.11%),qi deficiency(6.96%),wetness(6.44%),dryness 72%),Yin deficiency(1.52%),blood stasis(1.42%),Campanulare(1.2%),hematuria(1.23%),(0.90%),lack of endowment(0.88%),qi stagnation(0.88%),yang deficiency(0.47%)and ambulatory wind(0.20%).The frequencies of the 10 disease locus syndromes were the highest(31.42%),others were stomach(15.84%),spleen(14.64%),intestine(12.93%),liver(8.56%)and lung,Kidney(4.71%),skin(3.00%),heart(1.71%)and gall(0.86%).2.Through cluster analysis,the urticaria syndromes were classified into 4 categories and 1 classification: 1st,2nd,wind,cold and heat: Category 2 syndromes: qi deficiency,blood deficiency: classification 3 syndromes: spleen,stomach,intestines,and wetness Category 4 syndrome: The remaining variables are classified into onecategory.3.148 kinds of clinical drugs for urticaria were collected,tonic deficiency drugs ?heat-resolving drugs and anti-epidermal drugs.Among them,Fang feng(6.12%),Gan cao(5.73%),and Dang gui(4.74%)were used in the top ten.Jing jie(4.70%),Chi shao(3.44%),Bai shao(3.16%),Sheng di(3.16%),Chan tui(3.08%),Huang qi(3.04%),Bai xianpi(3.04%).4.Through the analysis of drug associations,it was concluded that commonly used urticaria drugs are Fang feng-Jing jie,Fang feng-Bai xianpi,Fang feng-Chan tui,Dang gui-Bai shao,Fang feng-Dang gui andJing jie.Conclusion:1.Through literature summarization,it was concluded that the pathogenic elements of urticaria were mainly wind,heat,cold,and blood deficiency;the syndromes of the urticaria were mainly on the table,stomach and spleen,and the cause of urticaria was initially found.2.Summed up the use of traditional Chinese medicine to supplement deficiency drugs,and the heat-resolving drugs and detoxification drugs.3.Sum up the treatment of urticaria commonly used single herb: Fang feng?Gan cao?Dang gui ?Jing jie?Chi shao ?Bai shao?Sheng di ?Chan tui ?Huang qi ?Bai xianpi,commonly used drugs for the Fang feng-Jing jie.4.Syndrome is a specific manifestation of the disease etiology,and the distribution of syndromes coincides with clinical drug use.
