A Clinical Study On TCM Syndrome Differentiation Combined With Entecavir In The Treatment Of E Antigen-positive Chronic Hepatitis B

Purpose:To compare the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical entecavir and entecavir alone in the treatment of e antigen-positive chronic hepatitis B patients for 48 weeks.Method:Recalling the medical records of patients attending the liver disease clinic from May 2012 to May 2017,a total of 107 cases were collected and the medical records adopted were all conform to the inclusion criteria.42 patients who received entecavir alone for antiviral therapy were enrolled as control group;65 patients with Chinese medicine combined with entecavir for antiviral therapy were collected as treatment group.The first visit was recorded as 0 weeks,HBV-DNA negative rate,e antigen titer decline,ALT quantification and normalization rate,and clinical symptom improvement were compared between the 12 th week,the 24 th week and the 48 th week to observe whether the traditional Chinese medicine prescription can improve the immunity of the organism.Improve the efficacy of antiviral drugs,promote anti-e antigen negative,while reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.Urinary routine,creatinine and urea nitrogen were detected in both groups for safety testing.Results:There was no significant difference in the negative rates of HBV-DNA between the two groups(P> 0.05).The HBV-DNA negative rate of HBV-DNA in each group before and after comparison was significantly higher than that at 0 week,the differences were statistically significant.The percentage of ALT abnormalities in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at each time point.The ALT recovery rate was significantly different between the two groups after 12 weeks of treatment(P <0.05).At 24 and 48 weeks,The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).ALT normalization rate of patients in each group before and after their comparison were improved,the differences were statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the rate of decrease of HBeAg titers between the two groups at 12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment(P> 0.05),But after 48 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).HBeAg titers in observation group were higher than those in control group at all time points.The decreasing rate of HBeAg titer in each group was higher than that in 0 week,the differences were statistically significant.In observation group at different time Sections of the single clinical symptoms improved rate and the overall effect was higher than the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of the e antigen positive chronic hepatitis B clinical,entecavir combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescription can significantly improve the patient e antigen titers drop rate and can improve a variety of clinical symptoms,it is worth in the clinical treatment to further promote the application.
