Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with entecavir in the treatment of HBe Ag-positive chronic hepatitis B virus, and to explore the clinical efficacy of HBe Ag-positive chronic hepatitis B patients from virology, liver function,immune-related cytokines,APRI,and quality of life. Methods: Grouping: 76 patients were selected to meet the criteria.According to the patient’s wishes, the patients were divided into entecavir monotherapy group(Western medicine group),Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with entecavir group(Chinese and Western medicine combined group).Dosing: Western medicine group was treated with entecavir(provided by Zhengda Tianqing Co.,Ltd.),0.5 mg/day,orally.According to the clinical symptoms of TCM,the Chinese and Western medicine combined group used the corresponding Chinese medicine prescription one day, decoction twice,respectively,150 ml of juice, mixed and divided into two servings.Combined entecavir,0.5 mg / day, orally.Treatment: Both groups of patients took 48 weeks as a course of treatment. All patients were evaluated for indicators before and 24 and 48 weeks after administration.Result:1.Liver function: After 24 and 48 weeks of treatment, the AST was better than the control group in the treatment group, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Immune-related cytokines: After 48 weeks of treatment, the treatment group decreased IL-10 and IL-2 better than the control group, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Fibrosis index: After 24 and 48 weeks of treatment, the E value of liver elasticity index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment, the APRI was lower in the treatment group than in the control group, and the results were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).4.Virological indicators: The treatment group decreased the decrease of HBe Ag titer in the treatment group at 48 weeks, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.TCM symptom scores: After 48 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.SF-36 scale: After 48 weeks of treatment, the treatment group improved general health(GH),physical fitness(PF),body pain(BP),energy(VT),mental health(MH),and mental impact(RE).In the control group, the results were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation combined with entecavir has a good clinical effect in the treatment of HBe Ag-positive chronic hepatitis B,which helps to reduce HBe Ag titer, reduce liver fibrosis(from non-invasiveness),reduce some inflammatory cytokines, and improve patient survival quality.
