Purpose:By observing the expression of Tumor Abnormal Protein(TAP)in patients with ovarian cancer, the correlation between TAP and the effect of chemotherapy, and comparing with other tumor markers, this paper provides reference for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods:143 patients(who admitted to our department of oncology from October 2016 to August 2018)with ovarian cancer were randomly selected as experimental group and 132 patients with benign tumor as control group. The expression of tumor abnormal protein(TAP)was compared between these two groups. At the same time, the different effects of TAP on the chemotherapy of ovarian cancer were observed as well as compared with other tumor markers. Results:The area of TAP condensed particles in the experimental group was significantly larger than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the positive and critical positive rate of TAP expression in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05);The TAP expression of patients in the experimental group with different therapeutic effects was significantly different(P < 0.05);TAP was more accurate than CEA,CA125,CA153,and HE4 in monitoring ovarian cancer chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Tumor Abnormal Protein in patients with ovarian cancer is obvious,it exists remarkable difference under different therapeutic effects. Also, compared with other tumor markers,it has unique value. It can be used as an important indicator for routine screening and therapeutic observation of this disease.
