The Clinical Observation Of Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy Combined With Intravenous Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Recurrent Ovarian Cancer

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy in the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer and explore the treatment method can better improve the patient survival and improve the patients quality of life,and to provide the reference for the clinical treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer.Methods: From November 2011 to December 2014 admitted to our department in 60 cases of recurrent ovarian cancers patients were rndomly divided into two gruops,30 patients in the observation group were given hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy treatment,the control group(30 cases)treated by traditional vein chemotherapy in the treatment of.Comparison between the two groups in the near future efficiency,adverse reaction rate,quality of life improvement and the difference between the PFS.Results: 1.The two groups of patients with the recent efficiency for statistical analysis,the efficiency of the observation group 80%,control group 53.3%,the difference wasstatistically significant(P=0.027).2.For the two groups of patients quality of life improved rate for statistical analysis,the observation group quality of life improvement rate was 86.7%,50% in control group,the difference is statistically significant differences(P = 0.002).3.The two groups of patients with PFS were statistically analyzed,the observation group 14.9 months,10.43 months in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).4.Adverse reactions of two groups of patients occurred rate were statistically analyzed,nausea and vomiting,myelosuppression,liver and kidney function damage occurred rate of two groups had no significant difference,abdominal pain and distension incidence was slightly higher than that in the control,but for many mild reaction.Conclusion:1.Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy in the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer curative effect is better than that of intravenous chemotherapy.2.Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy can improve the quality of life in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer,and can prolong the patients PFS.3.Recurrent ovarian cancer by intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy in the treatment of simple intravenous chemotherapy,in addition to abdominal distension and abdominal distension has increased,not to increase other adverse reactions,good tolerance.
