Research On The Health Spread Of Alcohol Abuse In Wenzijue Yi Village, Liangshan

Liangshan Yi nationality's health has long been the attention of academia,but more focus mainly on its major communicable diseases,such as AIDS,tuberculosis,syphilis,hepatitis and other infectious diseases.Most scholars analyze the health problems of the local Yi nationality from the perspective of medical anthropology,such as the field investigation and research on the treatment of diseases by local traditional religious rituals,and the analysis of the physical conditions of Liangshan Yi nationality from the perspective of social and cultural background and living customs.However,up to now,no research has been conducted on the urgent and chronic diseases,drinking syndrome and other health problems caused by the drinking phenomenon of Liangshan Yi nationality from the perspective of health communication.The author conducted many field investigations in Wen Zijue village,Zuo Geyida township,Meigu county,Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture.It was found that the local Yi nationality's drinking was serious and their health problems were worrying,but they had not attracted the attention of relevant departments and all sectors of society.This paper intends to analyze the deep-seated causes and adverse consequences of Yi nationality's drinking phenomenon and drinking problem from the perspective of wine culture.Through the investigation and analysis of the causes of Yi nationality's alcohol addiction,and through the analysis of the defects and advantages of the health communication path,we can find some cultural roots and the influence of social customs on interpersonal communication,especially the dependence on alcohol caused by personal internal factors.Among them,most people have a relatively low level of culture,lack of knowledge of alcohol's harm to human body,and are confused and ignorant about diseases.In the Yi community,"small traditions" play a more direct and effective role.However,due attention has not been paid to organizational communication.Besides,some forms of communication work lack scientific and effective communication methods,paths and contents.In traditional Yi villages,the concept and behavior of drinking need to be changed by integrating healthy communication thinking into traditional social culture,using modern and scientific knowledge to improve the level of health awareness of Yi villages,educating and assisting through grassroots organizations and social forces,cultivating "opinion leaders" who can communicate with villagers,influencing villagers' thinking and behavior,and infiltrating the propaganda of "local culture" about the importance of carefully planned and selected "abstinence from alcohol" and "moderate drinking" for personal health,family happiness and poverty alleviation through various forms of healthy communication.In the strategies of "beautiful countryside","revitalizing countryside" and "targeted poverty alleviation",the health communication of "healthy poverty alleviation" should be strengthened,so as to comprehensively improve the health level of Liangshan Yi nationality while fighting against poverty.
