Taijiquan originated in chenjiagou,jiaozuo,henan province,and combines fighting skills,fitness and health.As a unique traditional culture of the Chinese nation,taijiquan is undoubtedly the treasure of China's national culture.Taijiquan is a traditional form of fitness and health maintenance in China.Practicing taijiquan can enhance the respiratory function,promote the metabolism of substances,strengthen the exercise of the skeletal system,and contribute to the cardiovascular system health and many other benefits,so it is loved by hundreds of millions of people at home and abroad.According to incomplete statistics,people in more than 150 countries and regions around the world,including China,are practicing taijiquan,with a total number of more than 300 million people.However,in recent years,many taijiquan practitioners have reported knee joint pain when practicing taijiquan.Some scholars have shown that knee joint pain of taijiquan practitioners is related to irregular movements,low center of gravity,excessive amount of exercise and other factors when practicing taijiquan,but no studies have evaluated the physical function of taijiquan practitioners.In view of this,this research to study from the aspects of practitioner's own body function,use select sexual action assessment(SFMA)on the personnel of taijiquan practitioners knee pain,test evaluation,the results of the analysis,aims to deeply analyze the taijiquan practitioners the causes of knee pain,and to provide scientific guidance to practice.This paper uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,test method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,from the Angle of view of the function action system(FMS),through to the taijiquan association of Harbin four site taijiquan exercisers knee pain of SFMA test evaluation,Taijiquan practice knee pain,knee joint adjacent joint dysfunction accounted for 88.68% of the people.There was a significant correlation between the knee pain and the dysfunction of the adjacent joints.The major functional disorders were motor control of the hip joint and flexibility of the ankle joint.Taijiquan practitioners with knee pain all have ipsilateral hip and ankle joint disorders.For example,left knee pain is mainly due to dysfunction of the left hip and ankle.The female test subjects were superior to the male test subjects in the flexibility of the hip and ankle joints.The stability of the ankle joint was weaker than that of the male test subjects.As they got older,the subjects' hip flexibility and ankle stability decreased.As the years of practicing taijiquan increased,the proportion of the tested hip and ankle joint dysfunction decreased.Through left and right hip swing,kneeling on one knee and ankle-back flexion,etc.,aiming at the action training of hip and ankle joint function,the flexibility and stability of the hip and ankle joints of taijiquan practitioners can be improved,the risk of sports injury can be reduced,and the pain of knee joint can be avoided.
