Clinical Study Of Shao Shang, Shang Yang, Guan Chong Xue In The Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris

Research background:Acne vulgaris is a kind of chronic inflammatory skin disease with certain capacity,mainly involving hair follicles and sebaceous glands,which is prone to occur in the cheeks and forehead.Skin lesions are characterized by superficial pustules,inflammatory papules,nodules,cysts and scars at the mouth of hair follicles on the basis of acne.Acne has a high incidence in clinical dermatology,which is related to a variety of factors.In addition,mental and psychological factors,diet,genetic and immune responses are also related to the occurrence of acne.Because modern people tend to live in a fast pace,their diet and work schedule have changed greatly compared with the past,the proportion of high-sugar,high-fat and high-calorne food has increased,the long-term lack of sleep and air pollution have made the incidence of acne significantly increase,and the age of onset has increased from teenagers to middle-aged people.At the same time,acne has a capacity to damage,treatment is not timely or improper treatment causes the condition repeated,easy to leave scar,pigmentation,thus further aggravating the psychological burden of patients,serious impact on their normal social activities.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of understanding of acne,and traditional Chinese medicine has various characteristics of treatm ent,so we need to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of various traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods,for acne patients to choose the most suitable for their own treatment program,active treatment,so as to reduce the psychological burden,improve their quality of Iife.Research objectives:Through channels and collaterals syndrome less business,Shang Yang blunt point stab blood joint compound cortex phellodendri lotions for external use,explore shang,Shang Yang,closed hole less thorn blood therapy for facial unusual type of acne treatment clinical curative effect,by the better promote facial acne skin in order to improve the quality of life in patients with acne,factors of modern,in order to improve the curative effect,shorten period of treatment,for facial unusual type of acne external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new way of thinking.Research methods:In this study,60 eligible patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 patients in each group.In the treatment group,Shaoshang,Shangyang and Guanchong acupoints of the hand were given acupuncture and bloodletting,and at the same time,topical application of compound cypress fluid was used.In the control group,only compound cypress topical application was given.The improvement time and regression of acne rash in the two groups were observed after treatment,as well as the changes in patients1 quality of life before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were objectively evaluated.Finally,the recurrence rate of acne skin lesions in the two groups was observed after2months of follow-up.Results:Among the30 patients in the treatment group,5 were cured,the cure rate was 16.67%,the total effective number was 26,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.Mean time of skin lesion regression:11.9 2.21;The average Qol score before treatment was 25.9 2.43,the average Qol score after treatment was 21.63 1.33,and the average decrease value of Qol score before and after treatment was 4.27 1.89.There were 0 patients with adverse reactions,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 0%.After 2 months of treatment,4 patients had recurrent acne,and the recurrence rate was 13.33%.Among the 30 patients in the control group,1 patient was cured,the cure rate was 3.33%,the total effective number was 22,and the total effective rate was 73.33%.The regression time of skin lesions was 16.67 1.85;The average Qol score before treatment was 25.87,the average Qol score after treatment was 23.50 2.01,and the average decrease value of Qol score before and after treatment was 2.37 1.16.The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%in 1 patient.The recurrence rate of acne was 46.67%.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of acne vulgaris,the application of Shaoshang,Shangyang and Guanchong acupoint pricking blood therapy combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has better effect,shorter treatment period and better progn osis than the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine alone,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
