Analysis Of TCM Syndromes Of Drug-resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii Pneumonia

BackgroundIn recent years,the mortality rate of Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia has been increasing,Although the application of antibiotics can curb the progression of Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia to a certain extent,it often severely disrupts the homeostasis of the patient's own internal environment.The treatment philosophy of Traditional Chinese medicine is people-oriented,It focuses on the homeostasis of the human body.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia.It is very important to study the distribution of syndromes in patients with Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia for treatment and prevention.ObjectiveAnalysis of 78 cases of Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia in patients with clinical data,To explore the difference of Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM-syndrome)types among patients with Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia and patients with different prognosis,It provides a certain reference for the clinical research and treatment of Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia.MethodsThis study was based on a case-control study,during which the research period(2015.01-2018.12),a total of 39 patients with Drag-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia who met the inclusion criteria were included as the case group,a1:1match was made with patients in the case group to form a control group of 39 cases.78 cases of Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia were differentiated according to the information of traditional Chinese medicine,To observe the distribution of TCM-syndrome types in patients with Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia and the differences between case group and control group.ResultsIn78 patients infected with the bacteria,male patients were more than female patients,and half of the patients had 3-5 basic diseases at the same time.In order of incidence from more to less,hypertension,cerebrovascular disease,diabetes,morbidity and mortality in the age of 75 and above sharply increased.The main syndromes of drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia patients aged 75 years and above were the phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency and wind-heat invading the lung.The syndromes of patients under 75 years old mainly focus on phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency and heat closure pericardium.Most of these patients develop in winter and are at risk for acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia and death.With the increase of the number of invasive operations,the incidence of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome generally shows a downward trend,the qi and Yin deficiency syndrome generally shows an upward trend,and the wind-heat obstructing lung syndrome shows a downward trend.The gastrointestinal function score was 2-3 points,and it was easy to appear the syndrome of xie xian zheng tuo.In terms of TCM,gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia in the death group was heavier than that in the survival group,However,there was no difference in th e way of nutrition between the two groups.In the death group of Drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia,the deficiency of qi and Yin was more common.ConclusionDrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia is more common in the elderly.The patient had a history of exposure to risk factors for death and infection.Patients with severe gastrointestinal dysfunction also tend to have high mortality rates.The prognosis of patients with deficiency of qi and Yin is poor.
