Background:At present,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)is still in high incidence and mortality.Given that CHD has a certain genetic tendency,and has a close relationship with age,sex and other factors,early prevention and control of risk factors play important roles in improving the prognosis of coronary heart disease.Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),CHD belongs to the category of "thoracic obstruction and heartache",mutual obstruction of phlegm and qi deficiency blood stasis is regarded as the main syndrome feature and the treatment also follows the principle of replenishing qi,activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm.The theory of "five yun six qi"which is discussing the relationship between the universe and humans,can clarify the occurrence of diseases to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great significance to find the correlation between Yun Qi and coronary heart disease in prevention and treatment of CHD.Objective:To explore the relationship between the Yun Qi endowment of fetal pregnancy and the incidence of acquired CHD during pregnancy,and to explore the pathogenesis of CHD according to the characteristics of Yun Qi high risk population and Yun Qi protection population,so as to provide a new thought for the prevention and treatment of CHD with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:(1)Population division and Yun Qi estimation:Patients who were born from 1924 to 1984 in grade 3A Beijing hospital and definitely diagnosed as CHD were selected as the case group and Beijing resident population in the corresponding period as the control group.Male and female were discussed separately.Three months(1 quarter)was used as one birth period,each birth year was divided into 4 birth periods,the observation group were classified into different periods of time according to the date of birth,from which people in the same birth time period were classified into a group,matching with the control group within the corresponding period of time.According to the date of birth of the observation group,the Yun Qi attribute of each birth time was calculated,and the Yun Qi endowment of the whole gestation period were calculated according to the 40-week pregnancy cycle.(2)Comparison in each group and layer:Patients with coronary heart disease collected in 1924 to 1984 were analyzed every 3 years in three different intervals of 1920-2000,1921-2000 and 1922-2000,respectively,To judge the difference between the population and other people in this layer,compare the prevalence among the three groups in the same time period,and select the Yun Qi high-risk population and Yun Qi protection population and calculate the Yun Qi attribute situation.(3)Summary and analysis:The distribution of birth season,the distribution of the Suiyun,the Qi of Sitian,Zaiquan at birth and during the gestation period,as well as the distribution of Yun Qi in the pregnancy among people who are adjacent to the birth time and the distribution of 30 years apart from the birth between Yun Qi high-risk population and Yun Qi protection population were compared.Results:Yun Qi high-risk population in male and female were more likely to born in spring and summer and the difference were statistically significant compared with the Yun Qi protection population in the same period(P<0.05).Yun Qi protection population were mostly distributed in autumn and winter,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the Yun Qi high-risk population in the same period(P<0.05).Statistically,there was no significant difference in single Suiyun(P>0.05).From the view Qi of Sitian or Zaiquan,Yun Qi protection population in female were affected by Taiyang cold water Zaiquan or Taiyin wet soil Zaiquan;Similarly,Yun Qi protection population in male were affected by Shaoyin monarch fire Zaiquan,which is significantly different from Yun Qi high-risk population(P<0.05),Yun Qi high-risk population in male were affected by Jueyin wind wood Sitian,Shaoyang phase fire Sitian,which were significantly different from Yun Qi protection population(P<0.05),Yun Qi high-risk population in both male and female were suffered from Yangming dry gold,which was significantly different from Yun Qi protection population(P<0.05).On the aspect of Sui Yun in development of fetus,Yun Qi high-risk population in female firstly affected by too water or too fire were susceptible to CHD;Yun Qi high-risk population in male affected by too gold can increase the risk of acquired CHD.Besides,males who born in winter and followed the law of natural growth and affected by Ke Yun of less water or less gold can be protective factors,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)In terms of Qi in Sitian Zaiquan in development of fetus,there were significant differences between Yun Qi high-risk population and Yun Qi protective population in Yangming Zaiquan Taiyin Sitian,Taiyang Zaiquan Shaoyang Sitian,Shao yang Sitian Jueyin Zaiquan Yang ming Sitian in male and female(P<0.05).Among them,there are some differences in Yun Qi high-risk female population were affected by Shaoyang Zaiquan and Shaoyin Sitian compared with corresponding Yun Qi protective female population,there were significant statistical differences between Yun Qi high-risk female population and Yun Qi protective female population in Yangming Zaiquan Taiyin Sitian(P<0.05).Meanwhile,there were significant statistical differences in Yun Qi protective population combination of Taiyang Sitian Taiyin Zaiquan,Taiyin Sitian Taiyang Zaiquan compared with corresponding Yun Qi high-risk females(P<0.05).In males,there were significant statistical differences in Yun Qi protective population combination of Yangming Sitian Shaoyin Zaiquan,Junyin Sitian Shaoyang Zaiquan compared with corresponding Yun Qi high-risk population(P<0.05).Compare with the Yun Qi high-risk population and Yun Qi protective population in adjacent time.In males,we can find that changes from Yun Qi high-risk population to Yun Qi protective population,mostly due to the change from violating the law of natural growth to following the law of natural growth,with the help of Shaoyin monarch fire or Shaoyang phase fire,or gold Yun Qi endowment and Yangming dry gold weaken the impact on the human body in development of fetus.On the other hand,changes from Yun Qi protective population to Yun Qi high-risk population,mostly due to the change from following the law of natural growth to violating the law of natural growth,with the help of Yangming dry gold or too gold or the excessively influence in Yun Qi endowment of gold in development of fetus.As for female,changing from Yun Qi high-risk population to Yun Qi protective population,mainly because the change from violating the law of natural growth to following the law of natural growth,with the help of Taiyang cold water Zaiquan,changing from Yun Qi protective population to Yun Qi high-risk population,mainly because the change from following the law of natural growth to violating the law of natural growth,result in water-fire rivalry or strong fire exuberance situation.According to the analysis of whole Yun Qi in 30 years apart,what is easy for both male and female to get CHD in whole Yun Qi is Little soil Shaoyin Zaiquan Too gold Taiyang Sitian and Little soil Yangming Sitian Shaoyin Zaiquan Too gold Taiyang Sitian.Conclusion:According to the Yun Qi endowment,if there is a fetus that violating the law of natural growth,it is high risk for male who firstly affected by exceedingly gold in development of fetus to cause acquired coronary heart disease,it is also easy for female affected by too fire and too water which resulted in the heart-yang be depressed in development of fetus.On the other hand,it is an important protective factor for women to feel Qi of cold water and wet soil in Xia Jiao during the fetal pregnancy stage,but a risk factor to accept the fire of monarch and prime minister during the fetal pregnancy stage.The main protective factors for male is accept the Qi of heat in Xia Jiao in development of fetus.Besides,Yangming dry gold Sitian or Zaiquan and the obvious water-fire conflict is the common risk factor for both Yun Qi high-risk males and females.Overall,the above-mentioned Yun Qi endowments can lay the foundation of weak pulse at Yang and stringy pulse at Yin for the pathological characteristics of CHD at the stage of fetal pregnancy,which is the main cause of acquired disease from the perspective of TCM.If the condition of fetal Yun Qi is stable,the pathology characterizes witht"Yang weak Yin string"is difficult to establish,it is not susceptible to get sick at all.
