Objective: On the basis of previous literature and preliminary experiments,this experiment took Work-Related Neck Pain(WRNP)as the research object,facilitated stretching technology as the intervention means,and observed the influence of facilitated stretching technology on the superior trapezius tract tension and surface EMG signal in WRNP population.Methods: A total of 30 volunteers were recruited in this study.Normal group: 10 normal volunteers who had no history of neck and shoulder pain and had not worked or played electronic products for 24 hours perfected baseline test.Treatment group: 20 volunteers who met all the criteria were given Easy stretch technique to observe the differences of Visual Analogue Scale Score,tenderness value,soft tissue tension of Superior trapezius muscle and Surface EMG Signal Characteristics before and after treatment.Results: 1.Visual Analogue Scale Score comparisonThe VAS score of WRNP population was higher than that of normal people(P<0.01),with significant difference.Easy stretching technique can reduce the VAS score of WRNP population(P<0.01),with significant difference.2.Tension comparison of soft tissue(D0.5kg)(1)There was no statistical difference between the left and right sides of the baseline group(P > 0.05);there was statistical difference between the healthy side and the baseline group,between the affected side and the baseline group,and between the affected side and the healthy side of the intervention group(P < 0.05).(2)The intervention group had significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.01);after treatment,there was significant difference between the affected side and the healthy side(P < 0.05).3.Comparisons of tenderness test results(1)There was no statistical difference between the left and right sides of the baseline group(P > 0.05);there were significant differences between the healthy side and the baseline group,between the affected side and the baseline group,and between the affected side and the healthy side(P < 0.01).(2)The intervention group had significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.01);after treatment,there was significant difference between the affected side and the healthy side(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of EMG test results 4.1 Comparison of Mean Power Frequency(MPF)and Median Frequency(MF)before treatmentCompared with the baseline group,the left and right sides of the baseline group,the healthy side of the intervention group and the baseline group,head flexion,head extension and hands lifting,P > 0.05,there was no statistical difference.Compared with the baseline group,there were significant differences in head flexion(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),head extension(P < 0.01),and hands lifting(P > 0.05).Comparing the affected side with the healthy side,there were significant differences in head flexion(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),head extension(P < 0.05),and hands lifting(P > 0.05).4.2 Comparison of Mean Power Frequency(MPF)and Median Frequency(MF)before and after treatmentCompared with the affected side before and after treatment,using rank sum test,head flexion P < 0.01,with significant difference;head extension P < 0.05,with statistical difference;hands lifting P > 0.05,with no statistical difference.Compared with the healthy side after treatment,there were significant differences in head flexion(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),head extension(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),and hands lifting(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.WRNP population has high superior trapezius muscle tension,low subjective pain threshold,and is prone to muscle fatigue ahead of time.Soft tissue tension,tenderness value and surface electromyography(MPF,MF)can distinguish WRNP population from normal people and healthy side of WRNP population.2.The main causes of neck and shoulder pain in WRNP population are abnormal increase of superior trapezius muscle tension and imbalance of bilateral superior trapezius muscle tension.3.Easy stretching technology can improve the upper trapezius muscle tension,subjective pain threshold and muscle fatigue in WRNP population,and it is safe,effective,operable and effective.
