Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Jiawei Duhuojijie Mixture Combined With Shangsukang Plaster In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (wind-cold-dampness Type)

Objective: To observe the effect of oral modified Duhuo parasitic mixture combined with Shang su kang plaster on symptoms and signs of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH),and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the compound prescription with objective indicators,so as to provide an effective and feasible treatment plan for patients with LDH.Methods: From March 2018 to January 2019,60 patients with LDH and wind-cold-dampness type of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of orthopedics and traumatology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The treatment group was treated with oral Jiawei Duhuo parasitic mixture combined with Shang su kang paste for external use,while the control group was treated with Mecobalamin tablets combined with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets for internal use.Both groups were treated for 14 consecutive days,and were given bed rest and other routine treatment.Before treatment and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the symptoms of patients were assessed by quantitative score of TCM symptoms,subjective VAS score and JOA total score,and the effective rate was calculated.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease and other general data between the two groups,which was comparable.There was no significant difference in symptoms quantification score,JOA score and VAS score between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the main symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved by TCM symptom quantification score,VAS score and JOA score.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).Two weeks after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).It shows that the two groups have the same effect in improving the symptoms of patients after 2 weeks of treatment.3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the main symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved by TCM symptoms quantification score,VAS score and JOA score,compared with those before treatment,P < 0.01 in the treatment group and P < 0.05 in the control group,indicating that the effect of the treatment group on improving the symptoms of patients was better than that of the control group.Two weeks after treatment,compared with four weeks after treatment,the treatment group P > 0.05,the control group P < 0.05,indicating that the recurrence rate of the control group after treatment is higher than that of the treatment group.4.Two groups of patients after two weeks of treatment: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.00%,the effective rate of the control group was 73.00%,both groups had good curative effect.Four weeks later,the total effective rate was 80.00% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group,and there were no recovered patients in both groups,indicating that the effect of the treatment group in improving the symptoms of patients was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Modified Duhuo Parasitic Mixture combined with Shang su kang Plaster for external use in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is more conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms,effective,worthy of clinical promotion.
