Investigation And Analysis Of TCM Syndromes Of 210 HIV/AIDS Patients In Hunan Province

Objective:cluster analysis was used to reveal the characteristics of TCM syndromes of AIDS in Hunan Province,and to summarize the unique TCM syndromes of AIDS in Hunan Province,so as to better guide the clinical treatment of AIDS in Hunan Province in the future.Methods:the epidemiological data and four diagnostic data of HIV/AIDS patients treated in five pilot projects of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS in Hunan Province were collected.The data were entered into EXCEL form,and a database was established.The symptoms,signs and tongue and pulse signs with frequency of more than 10% were analyzed by SPSS 21.0.Results:in epidemiological data,there were 131 males and 79 females,and the ratio of males to females was 1.66:1.Sexual transmission was the main route of infection,accounting for 93.81%.The main clinical stage was asymptomatic infection,accounting for 59.05%.After analyzing the main symptoms,signs and tongue and pulse signs of HIV/AIDS patients,25 symptoms and signs were extracted,and 19 tongue and pulse signs were clustered into 4 categories.Category 1: Lymph node enlargement,herpes,alopecia,slippery pulse,several pulse,purple dark tongue,nausea,tinnitus,sinking pulse,lumbar and knee weakness,greasy fur,diarrhea,fat big tongue,fear of cold,weak pulse,forgetfulness,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath,cough.The syndrome types are summarized as deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.Category 2: thin tongue,less coating,purple tongue,night sweat,fiveheart upset heat,mucosal ulcer,skin itching,fine veins,and its syndrome type can be summarized as Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome.Category 3: irritability,emotional depression,red tongue,yellow fur,insomnia,strings and veins,thin fur,emaciation,bitter mouth,normal tongue.Its syndrome type can be summarized as liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome with hyperactivity of fire.Category 4: Dumbness,abdominal distension,reddish tongue,white fur,fatigue,dizziness,toothmark tongue.Its syndrome type can be summarized as deficiency of both qi and blood.Conclusion: at present,deficiency syndrome is the main pathogenesis of AIDS in Hunan Province,and liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome is the most common syndrome in the empirical study.In clinical treatment,on the basis of warming and tonifying spleen and kidney,nourishing yin and clearing heat,nourishing qi and nourishing blood and strengthening the body,both clearing heat and removing dampness are considered.Through the investigation and analysis of TCM syndromes of AIDS in Hunan Province,this paper provides research basis for the next stage of Hunan Province’s new Hunan A preparation research and development,thereby improving the level of TCM treatment of AIDS in Hunan Province.
