Clinical Observation Of Intradermal Acupuncture Combined With Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Stiff Neck

Purpose: This study observed the changes of NPQ neck pain sale and joint activity.Scale before and after the treatment of stiff neck of observing three different methods,and compared the clinical effects of the three methods on the stiff neck,so as to explore of intradermal acupuncture combined with moxibustion on stiff neck and provide reference and basis for clinical treatmentMethods:According to the random number table arrangement method,patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for stiff neck were randomly divided into three groups,A,B and C,with 20 patients in each group,A totals of 60 cases.Group A was treated with intradermal acupuncture combined with moxibustion,group B was treated with intradermal acupuncture,group C was treated with moxibustion,all three groups were treated for a course of treatment.After the end of treatment,NPQ neck pain scale score,cervical joint mobility score and clinical efficacy were compared with the clinical observation table.Results:1.Comparison of NPQ Neck Pain Scale: All three groups could improve the symptoms of neck pain in patients with stiff neck(P<0.01),and group A was superior to group B and C(P<0.01),three was no significant difference between group B and group C(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the range of motion of the cervical joints: the scores of the three group were all decreased after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Group A was superior to group B and group C(P < 0.01),and there was no significant between group B and group C(P<0.05).3.Comparison in clinical efficacy: group A was superior to group B and C(P <0.01),and there was no significant difference in efficacy between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment of intradermal acupuncture combined with moxibustion,intradermal acupuncture alone and moxibustion alone was effective in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with stiff neck.2.The intradermal acupuncture combined with moxibustion group was better than the intrademal acupuncture alone or moxibustion group in improving the pain symptoms and the overall situation of patients.3.The intradermal acupuncture combined with moxibustion group was better than the intradermal acupuncture alone or moxibustion group in improving the range of motion of patients' neck joins.
