Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder capsule on the content of mercaptouric acid in urine of healthy peopleMethod:In this study,50 healthy non-smoking subjects aged between 20 and 40 were recruited.They were undergraduates,postgraduates and doctors who received standardized training in Guang'anmen Hospital,Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All the subjects were randomly divided into groups according to age,sex,body mass index,living area and so on,to ensure that the metabolic status of the subj ects in each group was basically the same,and the number of participants in each region was the same.All subjects were asked to eat light food during the experiment,avoid smoking and barbecue foods,avoid exposure to various air pollutants,and record and feedback adverse reactions in time.Before intervention,urine samples were collected under clean weather(PM2.5<75 or AQI<100)and haze weather(PM2.5>115 or AQI>150).The subjects in the experimental group were intervened with broken-wall Ganoderma lucidum spore powder capsule,while the subj ects in the control group were intervened with simulated agents for 14 days.Fourteen days later,both groups continued to take medicine,and morning urine samples were taken after exposure to haze again.On-line SPE-LC-MS/MS(on-line SPE two-dimensional liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry)was used to determine the contents of SPMA,HPMA,GMPMA,CEMA and HEMA in urine samples.The data were analyzed by IBM SPSS 20.0.The results were as follows:(1)the contents of five kinds of mercaptouric acid in urine samples of two groups before and after intervention in clean weather and haze weather;(2)the changes of five kinds of mercaptouric acid in urine samples before and after intervention in the experimental group;(3)the five kinds of mercaptouric acid in urine samples before and after intervention in the control group;and(3)the five kinds of mercaptouric acid in urine samples under haze weather conditions before and after intervention in the control group.Changes of uric acid content;4)Changes of mercaptouric acid content in urine samples of experimental group and control group under haze weather after interventionResult:Before drug intervention,there was no significant difference in the content of five kinds of mercaptouric acid between the experimental group and the control group under the conditions of clean weather and fog and haze(P>0.05).Under the condition of fog and haze,the contents of HEMA,HPMA and SPMA in the two groups were higher than those in the condition of clean weather(P<0.05),and the contents of CEMA and HMPMA were increasing,but the difference was not uniform.The significance of accounting(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the contents of HEMA,HPMA and SPMA in the urine samples of the control group before and after the intervention in haze weather(P>0.05).The contents of HEMA,HPMA and SPMA in the urine samples of the experimental group decreased after the intervention in haze weather(P<0.05).The contents of CEMA and HMPMA decreased compared with those before the intervention.Meaning(P>0.05).After drug intervention,the contents of HPMA and SPMA in the urine samples of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group under haze weather conditions,and the differences were statistically significant.The contents of CEMA,HEMA and HMPMA in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05)Conclusion:1.HEMA,HPMA and SPMA are stable and sensitive in the process of haze change,which can be used as the observation index of haze damage in the process of exploring the influence of haze on the body2.Ganoderma lucidum spore powder capsule can reduce the contents of HEMA,HPMA and SPMA in urine of healthy people exposed to PM2.5,which shows that it can reduce haze damage to human body to a certain extent3.Ganoderma lucidum spore powder capsule may be a new and effective method for haze prevention.
