ObjectTo observe the clinical efficacy of TCM psychology sleep-regulating technique in the treatment of qi deficiency of heat and gall insomnia,and provide basis for the treatment of insomnia caused by heart and qi deficiency.MethodsA total of 60 patients with qi deficiency of heat and gall insomnia consulting were randomly divided to the psychology group and the Chinese medicine group(Wen Dan Ning Xin grain group).During the treatment,6 patients dropped out,54 cases completed the program,28 cases were in psychology group and 26 cases in Chinese medicine group.The duration of intervention in the two groups was 4 weeks,and the psychotherapy group was treated twice a week for about 90 minutes.The Chinese medicine group was given Wendan Ningxin grain,3 times a day and 6g once.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),the SPEIGEL Index and Symptom of qi heart and qi deficiency insomnia were used at 0 and 4 weeks.SPSS24.0 was used for statistical analysis.The changes of the scales of patients before and after treatment were observed to study the effects of TCM psychology sleep-regulating technique on sleep quality and symptoms in patients with insomnia,and to study the clinical effect of TCM psychology sleep-regulating technique on insomnia caused by heart qi deficiency.Results1.General situation analysisThere were no significant differences in gender,marital status,education level,age,duration of disease,baseline score of PSQI,baseline score of SPIEGEL Index,and baseline score of insomnia symptoms and baseline were analyzed.P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.2.Clinical efficiency comparisonThe PSQI reduction rate was used as indicators of efficacy evaluation.The effective rate of the psychology group was 89.3%;the effective rate of Chinese medicine treatment group was 65.4%.The effective rate of the psychology group was compared,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.3.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)Comparisons within group,the scores and total scores of the PSQI were lower than before.The differences in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime function and total score were statistically significant(P<0.05).).There were significant differences in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep time,and daytime function and total score between the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05)Comparison among groups,there were significant differences in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,and daytime function between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences among the other factors(P>0.05).4.Spiegel IndexComparisons within group,there was significant difference in each factor and total score in the psychology group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in sleep time,total sleep time,night wake up,sleep depth,post-awaken feeling and total score in the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Comparison among group,there were significant differences between the two groups in sleep time,total sleep time,sleep depth and total score(P<0.05),and there were no statistical significance in the other factors(P>0.05).5.Symptom of heart and qi deficiencyComparisons within group,there were significant differences in biliary susceptibility,insomnia,multiple dreams,palpitations,fatigue and total scores in the psychology group(P<0.05)There were significant differences in biliary susceptibility,insomnia,multiple dreams,palpitations,fatigue,poor appetite and total score in the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Comparison among group,there were significant differences between the two groups in biliary susceptibility,insomnia,palpitations,fatigue and shortness of breath(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance in the other factors(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The clinical efficacy of TCM psychology sleep-regulating technique in the treatment of insomnia caused by heart and qi deficiency is significant.2.TCM sleep sleep regulation technology can significantly improve the sleep of patients with insomnia caused by heart and qi deficiency,especially improve sleep time,sleep depth,sleep quality and sleep efficiency.3.TCM psychology sleep-regulating technique can improve the symptoms of insomnia caused by heart and qi deficiency,especially in timid and insomnia,insomnia,and palpitations.
